This hotel is very centrally located. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, particularly the concierge at the time I stayed who helped us find restaurants and a cab. The room is nice; it was also nice to have tea and coffee making facilities. The gym is good, and the breakfast offers a lot of choice. The room service wasn't...

The personal staff is hotel's value. Good things: 1) good breakfast; 2) excellent staff; 3) free wifi; 4) close to the metro station. Things to improve: 1) rooms are very poor, A/C didn't work, TV very old, horrible pillows, horrible blankets, bad towels; 2) very high rates; 3) they don't accept US dollars (maybe it's a Government regulation, I don't...

Eight of us were booked into standard double rooms by our tour operator. This may be a 4 star hotel but these rooms are cramped and uncomfortable. Eventually after many complaints to the agent our subsequent 2 nights were in the standard twin rooms which were larger. Breakfast is good, staff generally friendly and can speak English but rooms are...

The accommodations are more than satisfactory. Our dinner at the hotel restaurant however was less than I would expect at a four star hotel. On the other hand the staff at the restaurant and the hotel do go out of their way to help you out. They are eager to please.

Once more it was a very nice experience with a very smiling staff. At all level, they are paying attention to their gest and make you feel good. The rooms are comfortable and fully equipped. Maybe one improvement to be done, replacing the very old TV’s by flat screens. Otherwise, place to be recommended for the offered services, the quality...

Very good hotel for business traveler. Elaborate breakfast buffet (complimentary) with soothing live music play is a real treat. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good all round facilities like gym, etc.

September is a busy time for Tashkent so it was good that we were able to book this hotel. It is in good location near parks and some 10mins walk to the market. The rooms are spacious and grand and breakfast is very good. A glass room looking out to the greens of Tashkent, with a harp player serenading in...

Great 5-star hotel for Tashkent! If you're looking to stay close to the museums, public squares UN offices and/or supermarkets - this is your place. The rooms are well-maintained, clean and regularly, professionally serviced. WiFi was weak and sporadic - but that may have been fixed by now. Front desk wasn't always manned by English-speakers - but they'd call someone...

The 20-metre swimming pool and superb sauna are the salient features of this Turkish-run hotel in Uzbekistan’s rather austere capital Tashkent. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped and the service extremely friendly – a far cry from what you find in many ex-Soviet states. The bar needs a revamp – too few enormous armchairs and not the greatest selection of...
