Our stay at Ozo was fairly decent. The hotel had a European business hotel vibe to it. It is located in the famed Marine Drive locality. The interiors had a Scandinavian minimalist vibe which we quite liked. Something that definitely surprised us is the absence of a concierge or bellboy to help us with our luggage....we did struggle quiet a bit with it to say the least. The food was decent and the restaurant view was pretty nice. The rooms though small were pretty nice and stuck to the brand color palette to the T. The rooftop bar rates were pretty affordable compared to other rooftop bars. Would definitely love to stay again....guest service could be improved by a bit!

I stayed at OZO for 4 nights in Feb 2020. Needed an early check-in and airport pick up was was met as per my expectations. The best thing about this property is location. Very close to the Marine Drive and if you book an Ocean Facing room on higher floor then the view is stunning with the Indian Ocean and the sunset. The rooms are pretty basic in terms of supplies and decor. However it does not make a big difference as the room cleanliness is maintained well. I think it's very important to practice sustainability and be enviroment concious in whichever country you are. I liked the way there were no unwanted supplies. The rooftop restaurant is another place you can spend your evening for a drink or even have dinner though there is limited menu option which I did not find impressive. Also the restaurant service crew can use a little more attentiveness to the customers and take their hospitality to next level (which is not very common in Colombo). However I would recommend OZO to all business travellers for value for money and comfortable stay in Colombo.

We had one night here after a 10 day trip round Kerala before flying home. We found this hotel to be surprisingly good and far exceeded some of the 5* hotels we had stopped at in India. The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view, nice clean modern bathroom, and an amazing roof top terrace. We had a cocktail and watched the sun go down over the Indian ocean. Dinner was good too with a buffet of varied Sri Lankan specialities. There was an egg station at breakfast and fresh fruit and pastries so that suited us but there were also curried dishes if you preferred that. It is a good hotel location wise - we managed to fit in a half day tour of the city and the hotel was well located for that. I wish we could have stayed another day to explore the beaches too.

Raddisson is the embodiment of SriLankan hospitality.
At about $75AUD a night for a double room, Raddission is situated on Clifford Place, right in front of Wellawatta Beach and is central to key locations across Colombo 5.
The RoofTop bar and infinity pool boasts 270 waterfront and city views. A signature drink to try when visiting is the SriLankan Mojito.
The morning breakfast buffets, overseen by Chef Thusith and Service Manager Champi have a blend of continental breakfast choices and traditional SriLankan cuisine, which included: spicy SriLankan fish and chicken curries, kirrabath (coconut rice) with sambal (spicy decicated coconut) and SriLankan hoppers (on special request), where the fluffy coconut milk based centres with crispy outer rims are neatly pared with savoury curries or eaten as a dessert with kithul (palm sugar extract).
With well trained and professional staff, Raddisson is a must stay and a must dine in experience, when in Colombo, Wellawatta.

We had a beautiful 3 weeks holiday stay at Radisson Colombo with exceptional service all round. Occupying a Deluxe Room on the 11th floor, was a breath of fresh air with a wide uninterrupted full sea view window, to a spacious and tastefully furnished bedroom and wonderfully spacious bathroom was indeed a very comfortable long stay away from our home in Germany.
The Staff were just amazing from Front Office Staff Hisham who was very efficient, always took charge of any situation and very helpful, with Bhanuka & others as well. It was refreshing to be greeted every morning by the charming and pleasant Champi in the Dining Restaurant who certainly has very good customer service skills, so helpful and ready to serve with a smile together with Maduranga, Samith, Lakmal and the Kitchen staff too who were always helpful. Champi although a cashier, rolled up her sleeve to speak to every guest to ensure that they were well served and taken good care of, she certainly deserves a commendable recognition for her efforts to bring that extra level of service for the hotel. Room Service Staff Kasun and Housekeeping staff Arjun, Sampath and Shahid were always very pleasant and happy to serve with a smile. Even the Security Officers Indika and team were so friendly and helpful. We were on BB basis and found the breakfast buffet served very good menus although not an extravagant spread it was tasty and ideally catered for every pallet. The Roof Top Restaurant and Pool bar was a lovely setting to enjoy a coffee or juice with visitors whilst the main dining Restaurant did have some very good Dinner and lunch buffets as well

Hotel is located next to shoreline at District 3 which can be easily served with Uber, probably 10min drive to downtown District 1 area.
Room assigned was comfy - Dream Room and clean. Basic toilet amenities were provided.
Rooftop bar with infinity pool was Instagram worthy facing the Indian Ocean! Food served at ON14 (next to the bar) was awesome - fish and chips and nasi goreng ordered! Decent pricing too.
Overall hotel is value for money. Look out their website deals for great promotions.

Four night stay in a facility that fell below international name and price tag standard. Rooms have great sea view and a few staff at reception and kitchen are on point in hospitality. However, F&B team generally limited interaction to picking plates once one was done. Breakfast spread was good though. Housekeeping had to be told to makeup room on last night almost checking us out a day earlier and had nasty last day early 4am experience in room awakening to my door being open wide and then abruptly shut as I yelled out “ hey!”.

Located almost atop the Marine Drive Colombo, Radisson Colombo set the tone for our Sri Lanka experience. Express Check-In, well informed staff and a beautiful sea faced room. We booked a superior room without breakfast, and despite moderately sized the room was comfortable, spotless, and of course an expansive window overlooking the Marine Drive. You can access the pool from 6 in the morning till 6 in the evening, with an adequate bar and seating arrangements encircling the pool. Special mention to Dimithri and Trevor (hopefully I am writing their names correctly) who helped us with all our concerns and queries.
