Beautiful place! Staff were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests! It is located in an amazing part of Colombo right next to the Havelock mall so you’ll never be stuck! Breakfast was amazing and offered so much variety of Sri Lankan food!

Super nice and friendly people- we arrived in the middle of the night in Colombo and so we woke the guy up to open the door. He was so kind to give us two armchairs wirh foodrest so we could sleep. They also provided us with many info on our travel plans in Sri Lanka. The room was clean, aircon working well. Place is easy to find for any tuk tuk driver. Breakfast delicious.

One of the best villas in colombo. Good antique furniture and atmosphere. Exceptional service from the staff especially Mr Ilangoo and Menusha care of us with different ways. Morning breakfast is absolutely delicious. Finally Really thank for Mr. Neel ones who owned the villa for giving us best room to best rates

I stayed in this fabulous boutique hotel for 2 weeks and I am running out of adjectives to describe how good they were. The owners treated me as their family and literally could not ask for more. If you looking for authentic Srilankan hospitality, can't think of a better place.

The inside of this hotel has an excellent decor containing some really impressive furnishings. Our room was sizeable and very comfortable. The owner was ever so friendly, and the overall feel is of a homely place to spend an evening or two in Colombo.

We went to Sunrise Boutique in Colombo and the experience was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms have very good conditions, we almost feel like home. The breakfast have several choices, from european to sri lanka food and everything is cook with a lot of careful and to make sure the client have a good experience, that we definitely will have in this charmy hotel. The staff are very polide, friendly and nice, being always promptly to support and help you. We also highlighted the owners of the hotel, they are really nice and it was a pleasure to talk with them about Sri Lanka and things to do in this amazing country. We highly Sunrise Boutique Hotel, everyhing was amazing and make our trip a lot better.

Ended up here after the sister hotel did not honour our booking at 2am despite confirming emails. Much preferred this hotel. The single member of staff we met was extremely happy and friendly (especially compared to the grumpy unapologetic sister hotel staff). Breakfast was great and set us up for the day. Hotel decor is very unique and adds a special feeling to the place.

We chosen this hotel for a first night at the begging at our 3 weeks Sri Lanka trip. The hotel was clean but the vegan could be larger. We just had some fruits and coffee as we requested vegan breakfast. Good value of money overalll.

We opted for Sunrise Boutique as it had a good price compared to other hotels in Colombo. The rooms were clean even though they looked much better in the pictures online. The street where it is located is quiet and away from the city chaos. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, but they did have gluten free bread which kind of surprised us. Would recommend if you want to go for a guest house feeling.

Don’t be put off by the location. This was a much needed bit of calm in a very busy city. The hotel is a down a bit of a backstreet but it is easy to get around using ‘tuk tuks’. It is definitely value for money. The staff are helpful and make suggestions and advise when asked The rooms are spacious, cool and comfortable and breakfast freshly prepared. It is an ideal first stop when arriving in Columbo. (Check the tuk tuk price before getting in as they do vary.)
