I have strayed at this place twice now to do my visa run, and it all seemed fine, I recommended it to my friend who also decided to stay there. However, after returning to Thailand, I received...More
Don't expect much for the price, but they do include free breakfast! Rooms are blah, no AC, but the fans worked well and as a result, I never suffered. Prepare for a steep climb up the winding stairs, which will give you a tremendous workout,...More

The manager smoked right by the no smoking sign. Breakfast was poor. The staff were friendly

Hi, Smith, I am not sure if your question is whether the staff at this guesthouse are friendly and kind? I would say yes. They are not hostile and if you ask for a cup of complimentary tea or coffee over the counter they will provide you with the cup and the tea or coffee bag. They also provide complimentary breakfast but the wifi is only available at the lobby and I saw many of the guests gathered around the lobby with their laptops. Their English proficiency level is just ok and if you ask more they may not be able to reply you. But generally speaking, as long as you make your own research, I do not think there is a need to ask them too much.
