The hotel location is OK. There is a night market opposite the hotel which was going on till midnight. This would not have been a problem but the noise travelled through in to our bedroom and kept us up. The noise in the room really was a problem, not just from the market but from passing cars and motorbikes. It...

As you enter reception you would think you have just gone into an antique shop, we took the lift to the 3rd floor to our room, as the door of the lift opened there were more antiques, statues etc. The room was basic and small but comfortable and the view was extremely pleasant as we overlooked the river, the reception...

Having looked at the menu, which was positioned outside, we decided to venture in for dinner. We ordered two beers and my husband and I chose different main courses. His arrived at least five minutes before mine and so he started eating. Both meals were OK, but the portions were definitely on the small side. No-one came to ask if...

I arrived with some friends to show them my beloved Lao. It was a boat festival on the river and the noise on the street and in the hotel was unbearable. Other than that the like action is great, the hotel is OK

We're fine to stay in any budget hotel, but this one eerie one. I'd strange feelings staying in this hotel. The decoration in the hotel looks really old, filled with statue and doll, old dirty garments in a cabinet placed along the rooms corridor, the lift needs a better engine - it was noisy and we worried if it will...

For the price and location this place can't be beat. It's an older place with hardwood floors but that's what I liked about it. Some may prefer a newer facility. But I really appreciated the French influence and could just feel the history in this place and I slept great Also as one reviewer wrote the TV could use updating...

Firstly go check the reviews under 'Hotels' instead of B&Bs. This is the very same place as the Intercity Boutique Hotel, yet those reviews are more accurate (it only gets a 31% approval rating). I wish I'd seen that first. The hotel is old, not particularly clean and our 'deluxe' room and bedding reeked of old cigarette smoke and body...

We spent 5 nights here in November. We'd seen pictures of the hotel on the internet, and thought the hotel was cute and interesting. There were so many unique things to see in the hotel . The location was perfect...directly across from the Mekong...nice view from the balcony....watching the night market setting up at night...watching the large groups of people...

The rooms are a bit small, it's worth a double room to order. The price - performance ratio was top The staff also helps with problems that do not fallen. Right in the position of the Intercity Hotel Resort Hotels is a dream for you can directly on the Mekong River sehen. it also has many small food stalls for...
