Stayed here in early August, booked with Agoda. No trouble getting there from the Airport, taxi knew place well. Check in smooth. Room was good, had to turn A/C on for a while and lelave the room, but expect that in many Lao hotels. Breakfast is a fairly basic buffet, but it fills the tank. Location is where this guest...

Good points. Clean room air conditioning quiet and nice view. Breakfast just about edible choice of three things well two that most people would try not so sure about spicy soup for breakfast. The staff not helpful at all. They were building a new restaurant so that might make a better addition in the future. A long way from the...

Small hotel along the road on the Laos side of the Mekong River. (they say they are a guest house, not a hotel - perhaps due to their small size with only 6 rooms.) We spent 2 nights there in Feb 2015. Rooms are very small, but the mattress was pretty comfortable, not rock hard like most less expensive places....

We decided to stay here because it was a good location for us away from the dirtier, noisy main streets of the city centre. The main hub is just 15 mins stroll away. The rack price is $30 per night, which we thought was comparatively good value for this location. Bear in mind, there is no breakfast included. We had...

Less expensive than neighboring hotels in the area. Bed a bit firm, no restaurant. Stayed in balcony room, 800 baht, non-balcony 700 (posted rate, non-neg). Corner room, so would get air in cool season. nice view of river. Have to exit room to sit on balcony, so may not be private. AC, frig, HW, a bit small room, fine for...

I stayed at this guesthouse eight years ago,and had a great stay;however things have changed. The guesthouse is now clean as before, and quiet too. The rub comes over money,no not the price, but the request, that i pay a deposit which exceeded the room price;then in the morning the same clerk, asks me to pay for the night once more.I said,i already did and...

We stayed here in Januaruy of 2012. It was spotlessly clean. A beautiful, recently remodeled french villa. We stayed in one fo the second floor rooms with a balcony facing the river. Quiet. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the river. I fair walk from the center of town but (we felt) worth it. Good value. Would stay here again.

Clean, modern and basic hotel, right on the Mekong River. One specific pro - they have amazing bedding! Don't know if they sheets are brand new, but they're super soft and the beds have a fluffy lightweight down-like comforter on them as well. A really nice surprise in the middle of Laos! Price ($27) is reasonable for the quality. You...
