There is so much to say about how bad this hotel is! It is run by Vietnamese who obviously have no hospitality training. There does not seem to be a professional person in the place. Where do I start? In the rooms there are no tissues, no list of phone numbers eg housekeeping; no details of any facilities in the...

Booked this place for 2 nights but it was so good we decided to stay on for another 3 nights. Absolutely loved the room and the staff were really helpful. Good breakfast and location-wise it was in the centre of the city with easy access to most tourist destinations and attractions. Would love to visit again.

We had got the booking wrong somehow via Agoda but upon checking in, they gave us a free upgrade for which we were very thankful. Nice clean hotel, a few restaurants just nearby, wine bars 5 minutes walk, good restaurants within 10 minutes and the Mekong 15 minutes away. Breakfast is open at 6:30 which is very useful if you...

Deserves on of the top spots in Vientiane. The hotel is located on the edge of the centre, within walking distance of restaurants and a few of the sights. Others will require a short tuktuk ride. The building is nice, and well maintained, with good AC. The rooms are well equipped, especially for the price. Breakfast is a buffet, but...

Great hotel forever ! This is a delightful, comfortable spot. Staff were very helpful and respectful. The breakfast was wonderful on top floor has great view to see of Vientiane. We had a hard time getting plain black coffe. The pool is great. There is lots of sun, yet umbrellas available when needed. I was apprehensive on reading the negative...

A nice enough hotel within walking distance of the main city sights and eateries. It appears to be quite new and still has some teething problems: two of the lights in the bathroom weren’t working and despite asking for these to be fixed they weren’t. Similarly, although the bed was made up each day, it wasn’t changed in the four...

The beautifully decorated facade makes a nice impression on your arrival, just as the smiley friendly and helpful staff at the reception do. By the time you get to your room they have already told you everything you need to know about visiting the city, getting around and away. The room itself is very large and clean, although a bit...

Stayed a few nights in Xaysomboun Boutique hotel and I say it was worth the price! The staff was by far the friendliest and most helpful staff I've met in south east Asia! Absolutely love them! The room is quite big and stylish. Wifi is very fast which was great, breakfast absolutely delicious and the restaurant at the top floor...
