Decided to leave and cancel reservation after inspecting room to find insects, owner demanded payment for a few minutes of electricity before releasing passport. Overall a bad vibe in the place, overpriced, and with plenty of great options in the neighborhood, better to take your business elsewhere.

Great and clean! Cleaners come in every morning which is great and bathroom is clean. Staff are friendly and kind when I fell down the stairs. Television and air con in the room which is good after a day of sight seeing. Central location so top notch for the price

This is a lovely guesthouse. The rooms is incredibly spacious and really pleasant to be in, compared to others at the same price in Chanthabouly. It is on a lovely quite street with some great little cafe's near by. Room was made up daily, the sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. The staff are polite and appropriate and I...

This place was good value. The location was fantastic, just off the main road and near many restaurants as well as the river. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Wifi worked very well in our room on the 3rd floor. Agree that the staff are a bit miserable so this lets the place down a bit. We booked our...

Stayed 2 nights at the end of my Laos trip. Clean, comfortable room, bathroom also ok. Wifi works even great in the room. No problem with the staff, but they seem pretty strict. Very central, many great places to eat around and the mekong is not far.

This could be a nice place to stay in Vientiane but the owner is unbelievably rude. When I didn't leave the key at the front desk when I went out to eat, they charged me lots of money as a fine. When I refused to pay, they called the police. I spent an hour being interrogated. The owner and the...

This is my first trip to Laos, so I booked here on a recommendation from my nephew's friend. Location is close to all the major sites including the night market. I stayed three nights in mid-Feb. Good value for 22 USD w/o breakfast. WiFi works great, actually faster than at Hanoi and Hoi An hotels on my current trip. A/C...

Rooms are good value, however the staff are ridiculous, they are completely inflexible and wouldn't allow a friend to sit in the room and wait for his bus that left at 6pm(he'd stayed the night prior in the guesthouse himself), then sitting in the lobby where no one else was watching a movie on a laptop at half volume we...

Stayed in a double room for two nights at 170,000kip (usd 22) per night, without breakfast. Big room and clean. Hot showers too. Very prompt at email reply. TV reception was relatively clear compared to the other guesthouse I stayed. There is a total of four storeys, was lucky to be given the second storey. Rooms are along a corridor,...

We really ended up here by chance, looking for a comfortable room where we coukd find some rest, after a long journey. The staff wasn't so talkative but the room was clean and spacious, good bathroom with hot water and there was a safety box as well. Quite quiet also - we spent a really good night there. It may...
