This is a very pleasant small hotel with a very attentive staff. The hotel is very well situated, walking distance to many shops and restaurants and a short distance, about 10/15 minute to the Mekong. The breakfast was included, nothing elaborate but good. The only problem was that the beds were very hard.

Seems to full of very elderly grey haired and noisy American tourists who appear to have no volume control on their voices. Room with balcony was fine and the location is good. The breakfast although the selection was quite good, it was all stone cold and unpleasant to eat.

This is a very basic hotel with positively no frills and this does mean that there is no gym nor a pool. It is clean and conveniently located. There is breakfast served which again is quite minimal. This hotel is defintely in the loop for tour groups which should be noted by individual travelers.

Don't expect any frills here. The hotel is clean and comfortable but fairly basic. There is a safe in the wardrobe and a writing desk. Bathroom is adequate, with minimal toiletries. Breakfast was also very average- no omelette station. I am beginning to think hotel breakfasts are not a 'big thing' in Laos. There is no pool and no gym,...

We were here for two nights and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a small balcony. The baths are good sized and well appointed. The location is very good - close to a convenience store, wine store, restaurants, shopping and massage parlors. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was friendly.

Stayed for 2 nights near end of 7 week cycling tour with international company. Stayed in dozens of similar hotels in 4 neighbouring countries. All fine till checkout when was charged $25 for leaving a "dirty towel" - yesterday's ride was 60m on dusty dirt roads and a bit of dust was still on my legs after a thorough shower....

This hotel has great staff but what stands out is their morning staff. Every morning I would see Ms. Jieb and Ms. Nee and they would greet me with warmth and beautiful smiles. I have been wearing the same clothes for several days due to airline losing my bags. I was angry at the airline but seeing them i would...

Vientiane is a small city so any hotel is always near a tourist landmark. The hotel and service were very good. Staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and the it was relatively a quiet area. There are restaurants and coffee shops (and massage parlours) nearby. From this hotel you can actually walk to the shores of the...

I stayed here three nights and found this to be a perfectly acceptable hotel, though nothing fancy. The room was comfortable, the wifi worked, decent bathroom, location was convenient and numerous restaurants were within easy walking distance. Breakfast was good, But on my return a week later, I stayed at the Golden Sun that was cheaper and newer, but not...
