Spent 2 nights here in a room without a window. Bed sheets looked dirty and towels smelt awful, couldn't wait to leave. Night staff had bad attitude and I'm sure they short changed us $20. There are better places to stay, go elsewhere to enjoy your stay in Phnom Penh.

Thank you so much for your review . I really know that you are the cheat customer I have ever met since I am having my business, if you require everything like that you have to go and stay at the 05 star hotel. the room rate is 18usd/night.. and the towels, as these date the climate was very bad,...

I arrived early on Sunday morning and was able to check in before 2:00pm. Fancy Guest House is spotless and, super clean. Hot water is great and the wifi works...consistently. The location is walking distance to the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, riverside restaurants and other sites. The staff is super friendly. They can arrange visa services, money exchange and transportation around...

If you want to feel at home in busy Phnom Penh then you need to stay at the lovely Fancy Guest House. From the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel most welcome. Being an older couple we were tickled to be called "Mum & Dad". It is family owned and run and you feel part...

Friendly guest house offering a peaceful escape from the craziness of Phnom Penh. It's located on a quiet side street, about a 5 minute walk from the Royal Palace and Sisqoth Bay. Rooms are clean, comfortable and perfectly acceptable for what you pay (mine didn't have a window but then it was very cheap). Staff were attentive and made sure...

I bring a student project team to Cambodia to work on development projects. I go to Phnom Penh first before travelling to Siem Reap. I always stay at Fancy Guest House. The friendly service is excellent from being collected at the airport to arranging cultural and history tours of Phnom Penh. The rooms are always spotlessly clean. Phannak and his...

I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights and it is a lovely guest house. The staff were ever so friendly and helpful, we arrived quite early after our flight and they let us check in early which was great especially as we were so tired. They also booked us a driver and car for the day which was...

Coming into Phnom Penh city feels like a bit of a shock. The rooms at Fancy are not exactly luxury but are a great value. Everything works great. Most importantly for me, the staff is very friendly and you can ask them for plenty of information like "where can I buy this or that" and they will try their best...

I stayed here with my Japanese friend, and we booked a double bed room for $18 only. It is located at the market and many street food and cheap restaurants around the guest house. The staffs were friendly and I had a good stay there. The room itself was not clean enough but it was ok, you've got what you've...

I love the location and how clean and neat this place was. It's just what I needed for a last minute trip. I highly recommend it because of how close it is to bars, restaurants and central market but be safe at night. It's not something they can help with but just be aware.

We stayed at Fancy Guesthouse for three weeks, allowing us time and space to fully immerse ourselves in Phnom Penh before leasing our own apartment. Such a lovely welcoming space created by the family run business. Always a smile to greet you in the morning or when you arrive home in the evening. Staff were also able to help with...
