We stayed at the kabiki for 2 nights with our 2 kids aged 4 & 6. This was truly a peaceful and tranquil place right in the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. It's very family friendly hotel and our kids loved the pool after a hot day of walking around the royal palace and museum. Rooms are spacious however...

Nicely situated in a quit neighborhood with large rooms. The building and decor are nice and the garden is lit up night time which gives it a cozy atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The breakfast is nice but very limited and becomes quit repetitive after more than two days the rooms are fairly large but simple...

Dear Guest, Since you stayed at Kabiki 1 year ago may things have changed. We have improved our cleaning procedure and we now have 4 choices for breakfast: Continental, American, Healthy and Asian. The Kabiki is a family friendly hotel and we often have expats staying at the hotel for the week end. They are like all our other guests...

Stayed at this hotel for three nights during a tour of Cambodia. The staff at the hotel were excellent. Right from checking us in with a lovely cold towel and fruit drink to waving us off on our last day, the staff were first class. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. We had lunch a...

The hotel was booked for us by Bamboo Travel Company for the first two nights of our stay in Cambodia. The city is noisy and busy but this hotel is down a side street in a central part of the city and is evidently next door to the home of a government minister, as the road is guarded by the...

The Kabiki is perhaps one of the nicest boutique hotels I have ever been to. I love the grounds...lush, simple, easy, fuss-free, and quite honestly a great way to take a break from the city without ever leaving the city. I actually live in Phnom Penh and wanted a nice getaway. I chose Kabiki for a few reasons, and I...

Stayed at the Kabiki for three nights with our daughter age 11. Had read the family friendly strapline - so thought there would be kids - but did not expect that many kids - but then again it was school holidays! Lovely hotel in a beautiful landscaped garden with lots of shade and good pool. Our room on the ground...

This is an oasis in the middle of a busy city. Beautiful garden, great pool, very friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. They all go out of their way to ensure you are having an enjoyable stay. We stayed here twice during our holiday in Cambodia. Both of the rooms were Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was adequate but a tad small for...

Nice & big room & they are considerate enough to give us a room playpen for our baby. Compared to Pavillion, it is more family friendly. Spacious compound & nice & big for baby to roam around. Friendly & helpful staffs. However, it can get abit quiet, esp at night. Overall nice experience & would recommend it!

We stayed for 3 nights in April. Very good situated hotel at walking distance from the Royal Palace. In a small street where cars are not allowed, so the garden is a real oasis in the middle of the city. Service is great. Mostly very young people with a good sence of humour and a very enthusiastic style. Breakfast was...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
After opening our famous Pavilion boutique hotel, we realised, as people with family ourselves, that Phnom Penh needed a resort that was family orientated and child friendly. The historic colonial house we found on Oknha Peich Street with its 3500m2 of surrounding land was perfect. Caring, friendly staff, lots of nature for children to explore, the Kabiki is a place to relax, take a swim and lounge in the sun between days exploring Phnom Penh and the nearby attractions of the Royal Palace, Wat Botum and the riverside. We planted over 500 native trees, many of which we've placed name tags on so you can identify them yourselves. ... more   less
