Stayed here for 5 nights in Jan. Overall it's not worth the US$50 I paid per night (as I booked earlier in 2012) and definitely not the $60 they now charge per night. I was in room 303 which is in the corner at the back of the hotel. The room was clean however it is not very warming as...

On the positive side, the verandahs, pool and other public areas are good. Staff are friendly and position is good. But the rooms and fittings are very basic - seems to be an existing hotel which has undergone a basic makeover. The breakfast is only average. This is a $30/night hotel

Staid for 3 nights in December. Had a ground floor room and although it was near the stairs and pool - we were not troubled by any noise. The room is a fair size with an on-suit bathroom (Shower and Toilet) and was spotlessly clean. There is a safe and WiFi in the rooms. Rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans....

Just spent two nights here. Good location and the staff were great. Nothing too much trouble. Booked buses and tours for us with no surcharge. The team on the desk made all problems disappear. Breakfast simple with choice of three hot options plus eggs served three ways, cereal. Fruit, toast

Spent three nights here in January. Good location and about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the river front. The staff here were helpful and friendly. The room was big, bright, clean and comfortable. Stayed in room 201 and the only negative with the room was it is noisy in the morning (5:30am) as it overlooks the street. Good...

We (2 adults 2 teenagers) booked a two bedroom suite for the first 2 nights on a tour through Cambodia. From the time of booking this hotel till the time we left nothing was too much trouble which included transfers, bus tickets and forward hotel bookings, Rotha the manager was of great help before and throughout our stay. The hotel...

This is a nice good value place with a few quirks. The staff were helpful & the owners give back to the community. The pool area is small but well designed and comfortable. The staff will do your duty free (not actually duty free but cheaper than the airports) alcohol shopping for you. You can then pack this in your...

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice little pool and good & inexpensive food - the meals they call "tapas" here aren't of the Spanish-small-snack variety, but more or less full dinner-sized! Location is good, just off Sihanouk Blvd, close to the Independence Monument, Silver Pagoda, Royal Palace and the National Museum. Rooms do feel a bit clinical and ours was...

We stayed in Hotel Nine part way through a five week trip around Asia with our three children. Of all the places we stayed, Hotel Nine was the best for a family. We had a two room suite, which meant that we and the kids could have our own rooms (and beds ... this might seem obvious but many hotels...

I agree with the other reviews. Nice rooms, good breakfast. Location is pretty good. My only quibble was the laundry service charged by the piece. There is a place across the road that charges maybe $2/kg. We paid half that in Siem Reap but it's still good value.
