This was actually my favourite hotel in all of Cambodia. Had the nicest and most spacious room we had all of Asia and the pool was really nice too. I think what people forget is that you're travelling in a third world country and for the price their paying are expecting some spa resort. I had a situation with bugs...

The Queen Wood hotel is definitely not as described on their website. Our room was shabby, with ancient bits of furniture gleaned, probably from very used second-hand places, peeling paintwork, no bath, but a shower that pointed over the toilet, a cracked and dirty sink, no in-room safe as promised, an electric kettle but no tea or coffee and an...

I stayed with friends in this hotel for 3 nights. Pros: It is convenient to the river, night market, good restaurants, and temples. Cons: The room was not clean- there was hair in the beds, sheets had holes in them, and the air conditioning was old and blowing out dust. All 3 of us spent the time there congested and...

Dirty sheets, questionable stains on the walls (LOTS of them), and a damp musty smell that is hard to forget. Least favourite stay of our trip to date. The shower is located on the wall directly behind the door, with no curtain or screen so everything gets soaked. Breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly enough. However the environment...

I only stayed 1 night here but it was terrible. The bathroom floor was wet when i checked in and someone had left their shoes. There were cigarette butts on the ground and the room didn't seem like it had been cleaned. I slept on top of a sheet i had brought as I didn't feel comfortable. The noise from...

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning from the overnight bus from siem reap. The hotel let us check in and go straight to the room, which was good. We later came for breakfast, which was included in the price that we paid for the room. Breakfast wasn't great. There's nice looking fruit available but flies all over...

I stayed here for two nights with a friend. Other friends we were traveling with had to change rooms because their AC was broken and there were bugs in the bed. My sheets didn't really look clean. I was especially surprised to see the entire bathroom formed the shower! There is no separate shower stall like a traditional bathroom, but...

We recently spent a night at Queen Wood in Phnom Phen. While we were there, we need to arrange some further travel arrangements. We hired a motor bike to travel south to Kampot and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had the bike we really wanted. Kim, on reception, in particular, was amazing. After we...

The location of the hotel is in the best location in Phnom Penh, It's near many western restaurant and many bar around here. It's take about 5 minute to the royal palace and national museum. The food is okay and the room is nice. I really like the view on the 8th floor of the hotel. Totally, I would like...
