The good point: the hotel is well located, the staff is nice and the rooms are clean. We were travelling on a very tight budget and were very happy to find this economic option for our stay in Phnom Penh. Rooms for 8 (no window) 12 (window) 15 (twin) USD Aircon / wifi / cable TV channels in English, French, German, Chinese, Japanese Hot shower, 2 free bottles of water a day, toiletries (soap, Toothbrush) Not the newest property, but great location and price. Spent two nights here. This place is basic - small simple rooms with private bathrooms, cable tv and air-con. The room I had was on the 3rd floor and had no windows but was ok. I stayed here a few times during a tour of the far east. The rooms I had were small basic rooms: bed, wardrobe with coathangers, bathroom, a door that could be locked, no window. Airconditioning and TV that both worked OK, ceiling fan. Bathroom had shower with reliable hot water heater, sink and WC. Surprisingly for such a small cheap...
