I've stayed many times in this hotel because of the good sized airy rooms and the (to me) great location. It was originally run by two well-dressed polite young men who spoke impeccable English. Sadly, since they left, it's been run by two lazy, untrained young women who spend much of their time sleeping in the foyer. Both of them... More

The good;1. $20 room. I usually stay in nicer hotels, but my wife insisted we stay her so she could shop her brains out. (She is Khmer) 2. across the street from Psar Thmei, so great for tourists who don't mind paying top dollar instead of going to Toul Tompoung. The bad; big roach in room upon arrival 1. no... More

Booking - Easy via Agoda. They did not reply to some questions I sent via email though. Rate - Very fair. RM99.67 per night (Superior) Location - Good. Within walking distance to the Central Market. Easy to get transportation. Dining - NA Service - Good. Staff's command of English wasn't very good but they tried to accommodate my requests like... More

They basically stole USD $300 from me. I paid $300 to one of the receptionists. When I checked out, the same receptionist denied that I had paid her. I don't think she could have forgotten, so basically she and possibly additional staff took the money for themselves and didn't record it. As the disagreement spanned out for the next two... More

Good location close to the market, restaurants and river. The rooms were clean and tidy. Free wifi, tv etc. The hotel was let down by the staff, who were not interested, bored and unhelpful. Sleeping in reception during the day. They also tried to put us in a more expensive room than we had booked without telling us the cost... More

When I arrived in Cambodia Airport yesterday, a taxi driver was persistent in helping me get to my destination. Battambang was like 5 hours from the airport via taxi and 8-9 hours via bus or so the taxi driver said. Anyway, I was with two French women I believe coz they were not speaking English inside the taxi and I'm... More

Hotel is located near central market. You will need to get a tuk tuk to get to the centre. Room was spacious and big, isolated from noise. Clean. Bathroom had basic toiletries. Staff friendly but hardly speaking English. No breakfast at the hotel. Good value for money and good place to stay for a short time.

I stayed couple nights in this hotel. Good price quality hotel, but not located in the city center. About 5/10 minutes walk to the boulevard. On the other hand its close to the central market. However rooms are ok, I stayed on the top floor were it was quit hot and noisy. Rooms are large enough for two people, equipped... More
