The hotel staff were very generous and helpful for us. The hotel's location close to many restaurants and Phnom Penh's landmarks is prime for tourists to enjoy spending time in this city. The hotel facility is well-organized and clean following the worldwide standard. This hotel will be my first choice whenever I come to Phnom Penh. Two thumbs up for...

We booked 5 nights here in a double room. We had read good reviews about this hotel so we was looking forward to the stay. The staff were absolutely amazing! Always cheerful and nothing wasn't a problem for them. Very helpful and attentive. The room was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. We even had a large balcony overlooking the pool...

The Monument was a bit more expensive than our usual choice of hotel but still modestly priced and good value for money. We were there at the end of New Year and the area was VERY quiet. It is a bit too far to walk to Riverside, but tuks are cheap enough as long as you haggle first.

Was very impressed with the Monument hotel. Tuk Tuk's are conveniently available right outside the hotel. The staff are warm and are always willing to help. Many people have written about how good this place is. What surprised us the most is how successful they have been in retaining their exceptionally well-trained staff.

The room was really nice and serviced daily with the bonus of a balcony. The breakfast was nice and a perfect start to the day. The staff were always super helpful and arranged tours and onward travel with no fuss.

I didnt knew what to expect when traveling to Cambodia. The image that i had, mostly due to films, was a poor country. But i was very wrong. The hotel is how i wanted it to be. Relaxing, good service, nice food and a beautiful place.

Stayed here three nights as got a good deal on booking.com and stayed in a deluxe room.
