Not in the greatest part of town but easy to get to. Great rooms, well appointed, cleaning is very thorough, friendly helpful staff. Gym, Sauna, Spa, Pool, Wifi, included, massage available. Easy access restaurant with local food.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I did not find my room to be noisy unlike some other travelers. I slept real well. The view from my room in the morning was great. The staff were friendly but difficult to communicate with. The location seems quite far from downtown and most attractions, so expect to need a ride to anywhere.

Our room was too small for 2 people. The air con was not powerful enough. As it did not work properly, we had to wait hours before the room cools off at night when come back from outside. When you come back to hotel, they wanted us to pay for tomorrow's stay, which was unpleasant as we had to go... More

There was too much very loud, whiny music at the Midland. Sometimes the karaoke came on very early in the morning. Staff insulted my intelligence by trying to pretend it was not even happening. I would never go back.

For Cambodia this is very nice hotel and when I stayed here I'd been in the upper districts with limited amenities for two weeks. We came back to the Midland to relax it was a great experience. We stayed for two nights and went to some of the educational venues and went shopping before heading home. I'm not picky traveler... More

It has comfortable rooms with the usual. Staff are friendly enough. Gym. Area is not too good but if turn right out of hotel will come after the cross roads to a shopping complex on the other side of the road.. If you stay on same side of road come to a local restaurant with food and beer and music.... More

I paid USD 26 per night for two nights stay on a business trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Was surprised to find a swimming pool and gym there too. Good for business travellers and located three minutes walk from TK Mall.

Well we booked a double room at the hotel, we got a twin. We checked in and was demanded to pay for the room by the rather rude and unfriendly staff. I presented my credit card and he said he wanted cash. After replying to his question that I couldn't go to the Atm he made a phone call on... More

The hotel is value for money. The room is reasonably clean and neat except for it dated furniture and bathroom. The room has very poor sound proofing. I can easily hear the TV programme and the conversation going on next door. The staff speaks little English but managed to communicate with them by rephrasing and stressing some key words. There... November 5-14, 2014. This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are wonderful! I was here on a medical mission. The first day or 2 of our stay we could not lock our rooms because of some problem they had with the locks. We had to wait until someone (staff member) with a master key come to lock... More
