You get what you pay for. This guesthouse is cheap, so are the services. The rooms are very old and in desperate need of an upgrade. However, the wifi clearly is the worst I have experienced in a long time. It drops in and out every minute or so. Even their IT guy could not solve the problem. As I... More

Stayed with group tour. Really pleased with rooms on the two separate nights stayed there. Basic but clean. Good shower and fridge in room. Lack of lift not an issue. Staff v friendly and happy to help. Breakfast good and convenient. Location ideal for main sights and bars/restaurants.

Great little guest house close to the mighty Mekong. Friendly and helpful staff and a better exchange rate than the UK. Would highly recommend. Tucked away just off the main road near to the museum an ideal location. Great tuck tuk drivers too.

Stayed here with my tour. Rooms were comfortable and spacious and the guest house is in an ideal central location. The hotel also have their own tuk tuk service, so you also have a safe and reliable form of transport right outside your door. The family running it could not have been friendlier and would go out of their way... More

Stayed here with my tour. Cute guest house. Walking distance to palace and main streets. No need to taxis or tuk tuks. Reception staff were great. No elevator, but didn't mind. Stayed on the 5th floor. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Nawin was a nice cheap hotel, it had good balconies and the place has a very private vibe to it. It is located in a nice quite alley way that is a shot walking distance from all the bars and pubs of riverside. There were always tuk tuks waiting out side and the staff were very helpfull. The only downside... More

We stayed here twice with a tour group. I imagine you get what you pay for, however a couple of points to think about. The beds are rock hard. Air con didn't work which they didn't seem to want to do anything about. Stay on level 2 if you can as there no lift and stairs are very steep while... More

We went here with a tour, so I didn't do the research I'd normally do into hotel options at the same price point... Stayed on two separate occasions, and our aircon worked poorly on the first night. We probably should've changed rooms, but we didn't know if the aircon would be any better elsewhere. On the second night, our aircon... More

Watch out for the scamming monks..... it is a great place to stay very central and opposite the palace so you couldnt ask for a better location. There was only one downside to the place, it has six floors and no lift!! but the staff are there to take your cases so no worries on that department.. No issues!!
