The Scandinavia Hotel justifies its prices by saying they are a boutique hotel. We paid $54 for a double bed, air-con, hot-shower, cable TV, fridge. The air-con didn't work so the next day we moved to another room. Yes, the decor is lovely and it has some nice little touches. There is a small swimming pool with lots of inflatable...

I think there are better options available for the price elsewhere in Phnom Penh, this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in while in Cambodia and the most disappointing. I will say the pool area very nice, and the room we had was clean, but on the small side, the bath room was almost new but the size of...

We called and reserved our room in the Scan Hotel before we left Saigon on a boat trip through the Mekong Delta to Phnom Penh. We were looking forward to chilling out in our room after spending the night in a bunk room on the boat. When we got there though they couldn't find our booking, apparently someone had forgotten...

The hotel is located in the city center. Most city sights can be reached by walking or by a short TukTuk ride. Great breakfast - just what you want to kick start your day - not a light weight European affair neither is it a sickly grease induced American one.The staff were fantastic. i highly recommend Scandinavia Hotel. Cheers Aliss...

We arrived at the Scandinavia after cutting short our stay in Sihanoukville due to the rain. Our hotel in Sihanoukville had made the reservation but told them that we would arrive before 11.00am, despite also selling us our bus-tickets for a 4 hour journey which started at 9.00am! Consequently when we arrived at 2.00pm they had let our rooms go...

We could not have asked for more! The SCAN Hotel was wonderful! The rooms are beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. We felt right at home and were sad to leave! Of the 7 different hotels we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, this was BY FAR the best!! I can't recommend the SCAN...

I stayed here for 2 nights in June 2008. I paid US$42.35 per night for a single room including breakfast. The hotel's website advertises their single rooms including tax at US$33 for a standard single room or $38.50 for a superior single room. They don't honour these advertised prices on their own web site - even in low season when...

My wife, 4 year old daughter and I stayed in the Scandinavia twice during our time in Cambodia. The staff and owner Eric who is on location are fantastic. They are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are all a bit different and a great deal. My daughter was like family here and she was safe and able to be...

This was a pretty good hotel. We had a nice room, with a great balcony overlooking the pool. The food here is absolutely fabulous. I would recommend coming here just for the Fish Amok, which was the best we had in all of Cambodia. The bar had a great vibe at night...very chill. The location was AWESOME. Located on a...
