Breakfast was mediocre and everything went smoothly apart from checking-out. Their credit card machine was not...More

I hesitated writing a negative review, but I feel a responsibility doing so, so that the management takes very fast and thorough cleaning of the room I stayed in. My experience at the hotel, other than the bed bugs, was over all good. I stayed...More

Very good value and has friendly staff. I have stayed numerous times and always got a better rate on arrival than even booking.com. The location is good for eating and drinking though not for local places, and it's just a few minutes walk to the...More

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff and breakfast were good. Rooms 510, 512 and 513 were quiet but some rooms were noisy because the TVs are mounted back-to-back on shared walls. There are lots of restaurants on the street and along the Mekong...More

No free pick up. Taxi 8$ or tuk tuk only slightly cheaper. Hotel will look after luggage for you. We have never had to wait for our room and we have stayed here many, many times.
