This hotel is a typical travel agency's used hotel. It is located in the center of the city near the main market. Has good wifi and breakfeast. Rooms are another story, size is alright but old fashioned, bathroom need refreshment and had bad smell. They are building some new premise next door and very early in the morning the buidling...

Poor service. Aggressive receptionist who wouldn't give us a second room key. Also would not allow me to talk to manager. Room dated, bedside light doesn't work. Safe also doesn't work. Not at all impressed.

I stayed here by myself and couldn't really find any fault for a 3 star hotel. The staff were always very pleasant, as was the buffet breakfast which was actually very extensive. The location was also fairly good with the markets around the corner and cracking restaurant just up the road. There is a lot of construction on the street,...

Midway between the Central market and the Royal Palace, the hotel is well situated. As with most lodges in Cambodia, the staff were very cordial and helpful. A substantial breakfast with good variety starts your day off in a positive way and a gaggle of tuk tuks are parked in front to bounce you in any direction you choose. The...

Easy enough to find with a transfer from hotel, or if the Tuk Tuk driver knows exactly where he's going :) Lovely staff and clean rooms. Great breakfast! Location is great, across the road is a wonderful restaurant called 'Romdeng' (a sister restaurant of 'Friends'). Overall a lovely stay :)

Avoid this hotel. The rooms are dirty and dated. We had exposed wiring on our bedside table lamp. Stained pillow cases, hairs on the bed. The breakfast was awful. Stale pastries, disgusting coffee and orange squash for juice. No bacon, ham, cheese. Very poor. The noise and dust from the neighbouring property being built added to our displeasure.

This is a super 3 star hotel. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is good, we particularly enjoyed the soup station serving fresh noodle soup for breakfast. The real attraction, however, is the super friendly and helpful staff. The bathrooms would benefit from a deep clean though.

No leaking shower which was great. Only down fall was right outside my window there was a new building being constructed so only a...

This hotel is the check-in point for several tour companies, and it shows. They have the advantage of a captive clientele, and consequently they do not have any real motivation to excel in rooms or service. The rooms and decor look old and tired. The first room I was given here was a balcony room at the front on the...
