We stayed here on three separate occasions on our recent trip to Cambodia. It's a lovely place to stay: the house is an old villa with a sweeping staircase and spacious rooms (we sampled three of them!) and outside is a courtyard full of plants making a delightful green and shady space in which to sit, enjoy a good breakfast...

This little gem is hidden on a side alley near a big park area and about a 10 minute walk to the riverfront. The rooms are decent sized with good hot water and air conditioning.. Rooms are no frills but while on vacation, we are never in the room anyway so all we wanted was a bed and air conditioning....

A lovely hotel, very helpful and when double booked, very kindly arranged accommodation in a hotel behind , this was appreciated. Very helpful staff with arranging sightseeing trips and the next bus trip

First of all, the hotel is located in the heart of the city. The location is a sweet one. Just a few minutes walk to the royal palace, the riverside, the park, etc. This place is a great deal for backpacker travelers. Second, the place is filled with helpful cambodian staffs. They are friendly even if they don't speak very...

This place is managed very well. All the staff (especially the lady at the front desk) were helpful and friendly, the rooms/building had a lot of character (old French), there are great places to sit and relax on balconies throughout, the breakfast was unreal (best we've had in SE Asia), quiet location but easy walk to most attractions, very clean...

Not easy to find, just up a tiny road and behind some large gates, open up into a lush green courtyard where you have breakfast. Old colonial house, rooms are very nice, would not recommend the top floor as very steep steps up. our aircon was not working well so we were quickly moved to another room with no fuss....

Our stay in Alibi Guesthouse was amazing. The building is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful and the room nice. They serve the breakfast in their nice front patio. Definitely the best decision in Phnom Penh. The last day when we checked out they let us to take a shower before our late plane. Thank you for everything. Owkong

We stayed at Alibi Guesthouse for 2 nights and had a good stay. We were on the second level and in the superior room. The room was a good size and had a private bathroom. Room included a safe, AC, fan, wifi, free bottled water, and breakfast was included in the room. Breakfast included your choice of eggs, toast, fruit,...

There is not much I can add to the other reviews here. I found Alibi (pron Aleebee by the staff) to be a pleasant haven from the chaos and, um, grot of the streets and laneways. On arrival they offered me a choice of third floor room with a nice view but steep stairways, or a first floor room with...
