Disinterested staff in dilapidated old building with absolute basics of comfort and no more. Disappointing experience compared to other hotels on my trip where I got so much more for the price. Great city with lots to do but I would look elsewhere for somewhere decent to stay. poor.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is just 2 blocks from the river and the river walk, central to the sights, and close to various local markets. The room was basic, but very clean, and had what we needed. The restaurant on the main floor had good food. All service, whether in the hotel or in the restaurant was...

I wasn't able to book a hotel on my first trip to Phnom Penh so I wandered upon the streets close to the riverside. Inquired and personally inspected the room and since I was satisfied i paid for my first night. My room was on the second floor facing the street. It was large with basic amenities and for $20.00...

This place was cheap as chips, and for those looking for budget accommodation in the heart of Phnom Phen, I recommend it. The accommodation was very basic and not trendy, but the things that are important to me were all there. It was very clean and the whole place felt very secure as the front desk was manned at all...

This hotel is neither top end nor a holiday resort but is a great place to use as a base for your stay. The rooms are basic but neat and tidy and reasonably clean. They have a bar fridge, tv, aircon and fan, all of which worked in my room. The beds are very firm but I slept well. Some...

Think this may not be my first review of this hotel. I have been visiting this country for many years and when in Phnom Penh I try to stay here. Although other hotels may offer better facilities, bars etc DRS just is in the right place. It is right next to the river front and in the middle of the...

Good safe location close to Riverside and some very good eating houses. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. Fourth time I've stayed here and very happy with what they offer for the price.

For more details please see my previous posting in September 2013 (no change !). This trip I stayed on the 2nd floor street side and the sleep quality was actually better, but I think mainly due to the construction across the road nearing completion. Same friendly staff, same efficient cleaning and a young guy bringing 2 bottles of water and...

I stayed here alone for just one night. I felt safe and quite comfortable. It's also in a nice location in the central of Phnom Penh. It's convenient to access to the main sight seeing spots. However, the facilities are quite old and very basic. I paid $27 per night but you can find other hotels for the same price...

I stayed in a room with two beds with my girlfriend for 20 usd per night. Location is convenient and local area is reasonably safe. The restaurant is not that good for the price but worth it just for having breakfast. Staff are friendly but basic.. I wouldn't expect more from them considering the price of the hotel. Room was...

“Get a room in their new building, it is worth the $25. Rooms in the old building, while much cheaper and are OK if you're backpacking, are fairly worn and dingy. The higher up you are, the quieter the rooms. You are on a busy streetcorner, but on the 3rd floor it is pretty quiet. No elevator.”
