The location was alright, in the middle of town and near the jetty if you are heading to Temburong or the water village. Amenities were basic. Room is clean but the wifi is pretty bad, it got disrupted frequently but i was told they were serving it there and then. The lobby had a funny smell but thank goodness the... More

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel itself was pretty solid. The rooms were average in size and other amenities were fine. Location was pretty much in the center of the city although I can say much activities during the night time. The price for the room was okay.

The hotel is right next to the canal where you can hire a boat to go to Kampong Ayer - Venice of East, and it is a short walk from the harbour and the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin mosque. Hotel had nice rooms and a very staff. Breakfast was very simple, but might be because I was there during Ramadan?

The hotel was great for the price and location. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection of items beyond just coffee and toast. They had fruit, omelet station, salad, etc. The only thing the hotel lacks is a pool, which would be nice to lounge by in the hot... More

What a nice place! Brunei Hotel is in an excellent location - central, within easy walking distance of the fabulous Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, museums and other top attractions, shops, banks and a variety of restaurants. We walked out to dinner - in our case to Frattini for a pizza. We were given a modern, comfortable room with a... More

Clean, spacious, good service and awesome breakfast for the value for money stay. It's only 15 mins away from the airport. The only flip side is the area surrounding it does not have many eateries, there's a well known Japanese restaurant and a coffee place if that's good enough to satisfy your foodie adventure. Otherwise, highly recommended :)

We stayed here a couple of night's, the first night our room phone rang a few times but nobody was there (may have been people playing games) our air conditioner leaked water on to the floor, the second day the staff called to ask if we were leaving or staying for more nights, ( our accommodation had already been paid... The room was very small but the hotel offered all the essential amenities. Downtown location isn't quiet but it is convenient. Only stayed one night. Had adjoining room with other family members which was very accommodating. Would stay again.

Great hotel for travelling, did stay for 3 days as a stopover, but 1 or 2 days would be plenty unless you are doing a lot of the National parks, and outer areas to visit, other wise in town not a lot to do, not a shopping mecca though. This hotel is also a great hotel for business guests as... More
