We used the Radisson as our base for a recent trip to Brunei an were very impressed with all aspects of this place. The location was excellent – about 10min walking into the city center and waterfront, as well as being right across the street from a lively food court and market. In addition, it is located within 100m of a trailhead providing access up into the jungles and waterfalls of Taman Peranginan. Check-in seemed to take forever, but other than that, the service was excellent all around. The room was spacious, bright, and very clean, although there was a mild musty smell which is all so common in the tropics. The views over the city were nice from the upper floors. We had a good mini-fridge and Wifi internet worked great. There were plenty of power points and USB ports for recharging and the room was well sound-proofed from outside traffic and mosques. The gym was excellent – small but very well-equipped with a great variety of high-quality cardio machines, a number of Technogym weight machines, a full set of dumbbells and some benches – everything required for a great workout, provided it’s not too crowded. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge selection of Asian and Western dishes available as well as fresh fruits and juices. We really looked forward to breakfast every day! We used the hotel transport to/from the airport and it all went off without a hitch. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place to other travelers looking for a great base in Brunei.…

I'm titanium with Marriott and have status with Hilton but there is only a Radisson in Brunei, so that's where we stayed. Hotel is decent. Staff was nice. It's on a busy road so we were able to get rooms on back side of hotel where the pool is and is quiet on back part. Breakfast was good we paid for that and the staff was very nice. I don't know where else you stay in this small country. Is very centrally located. Download Dart and use that to get around as they don't have Uber.

I stayed in his hotel for 4 nights. It was my first visit to Brunei The hotel is in a very convenient location - within walking to most of the main sights within Bandar Seri Begawan. Furthermore, the provide a free shuttle (x3 per day) to the mall in Gadong. One could visit the mall itself, or the nearby infamous Gadong night market! The room was very spacious, clean, with lots of amenities for guests. The TV had a multitude of channels, including international ones - although the reception was patchy at times. My stay also included a buffet breakfast every morning. The food choices were decent, with a mixture of western and eastern style breakfast, but when it was busy, some dishes were running low in supply. Overall, I was satisfied and I didn't need to eat much for lunch afterwards! The best bit about this hotel were their staff, especially the front desk, and shuttle drivers - they were very helpful in giving me local advice, as well as booking a day trip to Seria for me. The shuttle drivers were very friendly - they felt more like a new friend than my driver. It made me feel warm and welcomed. I think they all deserve credit and are a fine example of Bruneian hospitality!…

Comfortable, moderate cleanliness environment. The bedsheet can be cleaner as there are black spots spotted on some parts of the sheets. The hotel room door and furniture needs to be maintenance or be new.

A wonderful experience in the hotel, from the comfortable, clean room to the tasty breakfast to the delightful Cantik spa experience and all the kind and helpful staff as well as the close proximity to every corner of Brunei - an ideal central location - Thank you. If there was anything to improve on I would say building a larger car park - when there are events taking place it is near impossible to find parking on the premises.

Very few options to choose from and the hotel is central. Staff excellent - they are all welcoming and helpful. Arrived early in morning and check in was rapid and very early - much appreciated. Food - Indian restaurant superb although expensive by Brunei standards - but couldn’t fault it. Breakfast extremely expensive if you are working and just want toast and a coffee - only the buffet is available and £11 for this. When we ordered evening meals in restaurant they all arrived at different times so we ended up eating a shared meal all at different times. Room ok, comfortable and plenty of hot water but nothing special. Windows filthy as on main road. Bedding strangely damp on first night - it was changed without a fuss. Paid for room until 4pm on day of checkout: WiFi cut off at 15.55 as we were sending last few messages before journey - as we paid extra I found this very irritating. Pool - not worth the hassle - tiny and pointless. Would use as a business hotel but don’t expect to be wowed. …

The Radisson Hotel Brunei is the only international chain hotel. Located within walking distance to lots of places of interest, such as the Regalia Museum, the Brunei History Museum, the Yayasan shopping center, the Kampong Ayer, and most importantly night market with great food just across the street. The hotel provides FREE shuttle service to various shopping centers 3 times a day. The most recommended is Gadong where you have the largest shopping mall in Brunei as well as the well-known Gadong night market where you can find and try all kinds of Bruneian foods, the best! The hotel has a 24-hour fitness center with up-to-date equipment, toilet, showers, and connected to the swimming pool. No attendants available. The breakfast has tasty food, albeit not enough variety and not enough vegetables. Service is friendly and helpful. At the lobby there is a souvenier shop. And a water dispenser so that you can keep refilling your water bottle. Last but most importantly, even though the bed is queen sized, but really comfortable and gives us well-rested sleep. Our room was facing the small forest at the back, so no noise from the street. Housekeeping does a great job at cleaning the room.…

Everything is exceptional. The only thing I'm not too happy about is the distance to commercial areas. But this could be because we still don't know the city as a first-timer, and we had less time to roam around because of work.

I stayed for one night only but I liked the spacious rooms, the central location and specially the breakfast was superb- both in terms of variety of dishes and the taste. Most tourist places are within a short walking distance from the hotel.

Excellent service. Very fast check in and check out via receptionist. Friendly staffs at restaurant. Recommended for short stay over the weekend to enjoy weekly "Bandarku Ceria" which only walking distance from the Hotel.
