I have stayed in two hotels in Brunei now and both are located in shopping complexes. Wake up, have breakfast then go straight to the supermarket, bakery, computer shop. That makes it handy. This hotel is small but as far as I can tell from two stays, two rooms, all rooms have a bedroom and shower room and a kitchen/diner(ish)....

Been stayed at this hotel for every business trip to Brunei. The staff's were friendly and the room is clean. The WiFi connection might have some issue when you at third floor rooms or the corner room at second floor. Other than that the price worth for the stay.

I had a comfortable 8 day stay with initial discomfort. The best part was the responsive by the front office staff to certain flaws in service which they were kind enough to attend to. The wired internet works perfectly. The wireless internet is very erratic. I required help with my baggage frequently due to me temporary disability which the staff...

Stayed there with my friends in June and the place definitely provided for a good stay in Brunei but i would not stay that it was perhaps the best stay experience. The place yes definitely provides all the basic essentials for a stay and in that regards the place is good and affordable while providing you with clean considerably spacious...

Good: Price vs comfort. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean sheets, towels. Twin room spacious enough. Not so good: a couple of ants in the room, also saw 1 or 2 in the sugar jar in the restaurant on the 6th floor. WIFI sucked, needed to stand next to the door to get reception and it did not always work (impossible...

I've been to perhaps 70 countries and territories and spent many hundreds of nights in hotel rooms. But I've never before been put in a room with a mold infestation. The fungus was limited to the window base of the room but still its was something that was not acceptable. The hotel manager blamed it on a chambermaid failing to...

By the time this long stay way over I was very glad to say - never again. I had a mini-suite, and my wife joined me for part of the visit. In the mini-suite, the bedroom area is on the outside and the sitting room has no windows so it is a bit dark. Its quite handy to have the...

Location: Good, because you can get your basic needs at the departmental store nearby. Besides, if you don't like the breakfast provided by the hotel, you can eat the Hong Kong Dim Sum beside the hotel..Heheh... Room: Big enough and it is clean. You can play dvds in your room because they provide a dvd player. However, the only thing...

The hotel wants to be more than it is, but it is only good for keeping you out of the rain in reasonably decent accommodation, the rest is something they don't have: service. The staff service is one of the worst I've seen. Called for a simple matter of putting batteries in the safe so I could use it, they...
