I was provided this hotel from the travel agent who processed my eVisa. Hotel was in close proximity of famous Nizami / Torogova street, so it has many grocery shops, pubs and restaurants in the neighborhood. Pretty close to Sahil and 28 May metro station (ensure to understand the route from these place when checking in else) else its very... More

We were booked into this hotel by our agency expecting a 3 star hotel, which this hotel is supposed to be. However we were not impressed from the moment we entered the hotel. It's definitely not 3 stars and incredibly outdated and worn. No lift to carry your heavy luggage up three flights of stairs and no air conditioning in... More

A nice place to stay, located in a quiet area and within walking distance from points of interest. Rooms were a little outdated, but clean. The wifi connectivity was overall ok, including signal reception in the room. Adequate breakfast. Comfortable beds. English speaking, friendly staff.

After spending 72 hours on board a freight ship crossing the Caspian from Turkmenbashy, the hotel was comfortable enough and the staff welcoming. The double bed was head and left side against walls making it difficult getting out of bed without waking the other. Wifi was not the best and unreliable in rooms but adequate in the foyer and dining... More

Well situated near the boulevard on a quiet street. 20 minutes walk to old town. Nice restaurants around including an excellent Chinese on Pushkin st. Handy for the ticket office for the Caspian ferries.

A comfortable mid range hotel in a convenient down town location close to the harbour. The property is a converted apartment block with rooms on two floors and a small restaurant on the ground floor. Staff were obliging and the buffet breakfast was great. Rooms are comfortable, if a little on the small side, and ensuite bathrooms are clean and... More

I have never seen such a dirty carpet, 2 hangers for cloth. The hotell looked like a hotel in 1965 It is centrally... More

The hotel is old and really need a great deal of renovation. The whole building smells musty and the front and cellar doors do not close tíghtly so there is a constant draft. The carpets are worn out and no amount of cleaning helps. The cleaning ladies are doing their best though as well as the receptionists and other members... More

Good hotel in a good location, near the Bulvar. The rooms was big enough and clean, with a nice shower room. Inside there is a full mini bar, satellite TV and air conditioning. The buffet breakfast is fine and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I suggest this hotel to any tourist or businessman for its quality/price ratio
