We arrived at 5.30am in the morning. It was locked up but we knocked and thankfully were let in. There seemed to be some confusion when we were told that we could check in at 11am but subsequently the receptionist said we had to wait till 1pm. Yet, another couple who had not made a prior reservation at the hotel,... More

Hi. Thank you for staying with us. We are sure that we had misunderstanding about the check in time, our check out time is 11:00 am and check in time is 13:00, because your room had guests in the night before so we need time to clean the room for you check in. The other guests can check in straight... More

We booked a bus from this hotel and they told us 8am. At 7:15 they rang us up in rh the room ordering us to go downstairs immediately because the bus was here. The lady was extremely unrespectful and it turned out that when we made it downstairs the bus wasn't even there yet... The staff barely speaks english.

Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry when our service does not meet your request. We guess we had a misunderstanding about your bus time. The bus officially leaves at 8 am but they have a free pick-up at 7:15 am, we also wrote the pick-up time on your ticket . thats why we rang you when we... More

Out room was great value for the price. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very clean and the bed comfy. The staff is very nice and helpful whenever we had questions or needed something. We would definitely come again and stay at the Truong Ivanhoe Hotel. Many thanks!

We only stayed in Nha Trang one night as a stop between Mui Ne and Hoi An, it was a nice hotel in a good location, close to the beach. The rooms aren't the best but for the money you pay there what you expect, and by no means the worst we've stayed in. The staff here are very helpful... More

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was only a short walk from a busy part of town however it was nice and quiet at night! The staff were very kind and friendly. Our rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable - we also had house keeping which came round and gave us fresh towels and sheets... More

Originally booked this hotel for 4 nights and we ended up staying for about two weeks! Great location, we were waiting for the wind for a kite-surfing course so it was perfect for us to be able to pop to and from the beach to check. Good food options - especially Yens pretty much next door which has delicious Vietnamese... More

We stayed two nights, over the period of our stay the power went out four times. The last power outage lasted 6 hours, from 12:30am til 6:30am - this affected the entire hotel. We were stuck in 35 degree heat with no air conditioner for six hours while we tried to sleep. I know it's not really the fault of... More

Hi, Thank you for choosing our hotel for your trip to Nhatrang. Im really sorry for your discomfort at our hotel but the power cut in the area (not only in our hotel) was out of our expectation .
