I stayed here for 4 weeks and it became a home away from home. For the price, don't expect any luxury but it had everything we needed. Rooms are cleaned every day and bed sheets changed. Each room has aircon, tv and fridge. Each morning there is a delicious breakfast included. The staff were especially helpful. Because we stayed for...

I am a student who stayed here for 4 weeks while studying at the local university and I couldn't have asked for a better hotel within my budget. The rooms are very spacious and clean- nothing fancy but enough for what you need. The free breakfast is very generous and tasty. They change your bedsheets and towels everyday and provided...

We stayed here for 4 weeks to study at the University Hospital. The hotel was conveniently located, a short walk to the hospital, centre of town with many restaurants close by. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful, doing their best to accommodate for any requests that we made. They helped greatly in booking bus tickets and arranging...

I really recommend this place, we stayed in a twin room on the third floor and it was good for the price. It had aircon, decent bathroom, balcony and clean bedding! The cleaners provided us with new towels each day. The reception staff were helpful, particularly the young man who works in the evening. The breakfast was good (particularly the...

The room was very large we booked a double but ended up with a double and single perfect for our bags! The room was clean and bedding was clean. The bathroom could really do with modernising. The shower is in the bath tub and you have to hold the shower head to wash. No shower curtain or bath mat. The...

We were very lucky to be randomly upgraded to a more spacious room with a balcony! And an elevator! We were very grateful for this. Our room had a double and single bed, both mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The kind where you sink right in. Pretty stoked with that. Sheets weren't entirely fresh but not dirty either. The doonas were...

The staff here are brilliant, really helpful and informative. One of them helped us sort out our nightmare from Hoi An (bags held hostage by Memories Homestay). He also helped us find the best food I have tasted in Vietnam at a nearby restaurant. The breakfast here was awesome and the hotel is perfectly located. Very good overall.

Overall our stay was fine. The Aircon worked and the room was spacious and clean but the blankets were a little small. The bathroom has a bathtub you have to climb into but the shower head was level with my chin, a bit hard to wash my hair... Breakfast wasn't that good (and to our amusement served on tiny tiny...
