Checked in only to have to wait 1.5hours for our room to be ready at 5:30pm. We were invited to the restaurant to wait where they gave us free drinks which was nice. We are staying in a suite so had fairly high expectations. We are on our honeymoon and found that the spa/shower leaks so we now have a...

If you just need a decent room to stay, this place is great. Our room was very spacious. It only costed about $12 a night. For me, it could have been cleaner and less broken down. This property has a lot of potential but it seems like it's been forgotten about. The whole time we only saw 2 employees. They...

We checked into this hotel after being told Jade was full next door. We were originally quoted $12 but they gave it to us for $10. The rooms were huge with two double beds. All had hot water, TV and air con and some had fridges (varies in price). We had a slight problem with air condition in one room...

When we arrived they made us pay straight away to tell us half an hour later that they had no room, overbooking (we had an internet reservation, why they made us pay if they had...

For £11 a night for a room with breakfast this hotel really is excellent value. My room was huge (with an extra bed) and nice views of the perfume river. Restaurants and citadel were a little walk away, but after busy streets of Hanoi, hue was much easier to navigate. Breakfast was good also and staff allowed as to print...

I booked and paid for this hotel online, but when arrived they didnt know anything about my booking, and when i came to pay they tried to charge me for my stay again. The room was large and clean but with a pokey bathroom. And the staff had very very limited english. My breakfast took 50 minutes to come and...
