Lovely hotel and lovely staff

Lovely hotel down a quiet street about a two minute walk from the backpacker/restaurant area of Hue. The staff are lovely, the rooms were good for the price and the breakfast was tasty. They’ll also rent bikes and provide a relatively cheap laundry service. Would highly recommend :) …

The staffs were young, beautiful, kind, helpful, reliable and willing to help with any kind of help and request. I had a wonderful time with this place and its staffs. I ate a full breakfast and anything I wanted to eat they would let me eat. It was incredible and I will 100000000% sure to stay at this place next time I come back to Hue, Thanks so much Helen for being supportive and friendly to me and other guests as well. Miss you all staffs already before I leave the place to go to Saigon tomorrow morning. Helen even offered me an early breakfast at 6:30 am before leaving at 7 am, I said I don't usually eat breakfast or anything when traveling in the plane and a big Thanks to her of course. Say hello to staffs for me Helen if I don't see them when I am leaving. See you and all your staffs again next time. I would strongly recommend this place for other travelers. If you are looking for good cheap accomodation in Hue, you can not go past Holiday Diamond Hotel. The staff are excellent, beds are great and breakfast is good. Breakfast is served to to your table by the staff who go out of their way to help. Easy walk to everywhere. Definatly will stay there again.…

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. We were greeted on our arrival with a cold drink and fresh fruit. They organised pick up from the train station and a car for us to see the historic sites of Hue some of which are quite distant from the centre of Hue. On arrival after a hot day of site seeing we were again greeted with a cold drink and cold washers....so refreshing! The hotel is well located, close to the River, good restaurants and city activities.…

Holiday Diamond Hotel, Hue, Vietnam

Lovely hotel that was over and beyond in the value for money category. Comfortable bed, tea/coffee in room, free WiFi and an included breakfast (which featured egg fried rice- yum!) The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay in Hue. We were welcomed with fresh fruit and fruit juice while our luggage was taken to our room and the air conditioning was turned on. Recommendations for what to see and do in Hue were abundant, as well as cultural sharing. We were very pleased with the restaurant that they recommended for dinner, the Hanh Restaurant, which features local dishes and was only a ten minute walk away. The staff at the Holiday Diamond Hotel take "service with a smile" literally as they generated a delightfully positive environment and we look forward to staying with them again for any future trips to Hue.…

do you arrange a pick up from hue train station to Holiday Diamond Hotel? Arriving 15th March?

If you arrive at normal day time there will always be taxis at the train station, which is usually much more affordable than arranged drives (we paid not more than 5 USD in VND) Just take the regular taxis green Mai Linh or white Vinasun.

We offer pick up at Hue airport by private car with cost:14usd/car. If you need that pick up service, please let us know the number with the time of your flight, we will sign your name on the board,and waiting you at the gate of the airport From the train station to our hotel about 4km. If you go by taximeter from 40.000 vnd to 80.000 vnd. Depend on the taxi driver, or the ways, they will go... We also offer pick up at the train station by taxi with cost:4usd/taxi
