Our room at Canary was decent - nicely furnished, spacious, clean and a nice balcony (try and book one with a balcony, as some of the rooms we passed looked a little boxy). Only downside was a slight mould problem on one of the walls, the smell of the damp, which was fairly noticeable at first, disappeared when the aircon...

The rooms are clean. The staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not very good though. The best thing on the breakfast menu was the instant noodles. Byt they do put in some real meat and fresh herbs to make it tasty. The view over Hue in early morning from the restaurant on floor 7 was very nice. Sadly, there aren't...

Room is too small and quite loudly, maybe because of I order the cheapest one. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, which could be the best of this hotel. Location is ideal that easy to reach attractions in the city.

The hotel has a great location, the top restaurants and cafes/bars are only couple of minutes walk away. The old quarter is just around the corner as well. The hotel has very friendly staff but with limited English. The hotel itself; stayed in room 401, facing the main road. The room has two big double beds, a coffee table set,...

I stayed 3 nights in a balacony room on the 4th floor. The room was very comfortable with 2 big beds and comfy pillows. The white bathroom included a sunflower showerhead as well as a hand held unit. Fittings a little dated but for the price, I am not concerned. The staff were all wonderful and so very helpful. I...

The service exceeds the price of the stay. Very clean, affordable and safe. Couldn't get a better deal within a 5 miles radius. 6 floor has a great view, especially at night because you can see the peaceful night life. I met Phuong, she is very helpful in coordinating the tour to recreational activities in hue. Definitely we will be...

My Grandma(70), mum(45), and I(25) stayed here for one night during of our tour. The company, Vietnam Unique Tours booked us in there. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was no problem when we arrived after 11pm because of our delayed flight; they welcomed us with open arms. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and there were plenty...

“There are 6 floors &, I think 6 rooms on each floor, and on each floor the lower numbers seemed to be closer to the elevator & away from the main street. So rooms like 403, 404, 503, 504, 603, & 604 might be high enough from the road and far enough away from the road & elevator to be a bit more quite, though EVERYTHING that happens in the hallway is audible in the rooms so even these rooms might not be very quiet, depending on your neighbors.”
