we had a very short stay in the hotel but we were served warmly by the staff, especially Mr Vu the manager. We requested a last minit pick up fr the train station and they came to wait for us for hours caused our train was delayed. the reception is excellent, room is spacious and clean, however the bed is...

We booked this hotel by the recommandations from other people we met in Hanoi. After we get in Hue by train, they arranged the car to pick us up at the train station for free. The hotel is small but very warmly service. We always see the smiles from them and served some drink when we sit down on the...

Under our round trip in Vietnam, we stayed at the Waterland Hotel for 2 days 1 night. When we arrived at the residence we were welcomed right a way by the staff and given fresh ginger tea. Afterward we were taken to our room (Deluxe room - Double bed) which was quite good, spacious, clean (even though there were a...

We (4) stayed there for 2 nights in family room. The main entrance and lobby gave us an impression that it is just another simple budget hotel. However the room is clean, big and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and serve you water when we arrived and whenever you are using Internet at lobby. Even it is just a...

I stayed at the Waterland hotel for 3 nights. I found the room to be clean & spacious. The location was not as convenient as I would have liked especially after the taxi dropped me off on the main road in the dark & I had to walk down an alley carrying all of my stuff alone not really sure...

We've stayed in 7 hotels in our travels on this trip and this is the first I have felt compelled to review. Primarily the staff have been really nice here, in a more sincere way than what I have experienced elsewhere in Vietnam. The rooms are also comfortable, with a really large bed and a good array on TV channels.

My boyfriend and I were so disappointed when we arrived at this hotel. The reviews and images on TA had given us a false impression of this place. The room was a good size and was fitted out well however, the musty smell was absolutely horrendous. It was almost at the point that I wanted to change hotels but we...

We stayed in Waterland Hotel for two nights, and we were extremely satisfied with the service received. Very big triple bedrooms, with very nice bathrooms with hot water. The staff is very very friendly and help you organizing any tours you want. Breakfast could be a little bit better, but for what you pay is more than enough. Great value...

We booked on the satisfied advice of other trip advisor reviews and found them to be accurate. Large rooms with reasonably comfortable beds, very clean but smell damp. One room had water dripping from the ceiling and water stained walls. Breakfast was a bit sparse. Staff very friendly offering drinks whenever they see you - waitng for tour, using computer....

We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. It's beyond the level of service you would expect from any hotel. The rooms are nice, light and clean. Value for money is incredible!! It's really close to the town, but away from too much traffic noise. We really look forward to staying with them again.
