Very nice hotel with friendly staff, good facilities, great price and an excellent location. Only 50 metres or so to the main street in District 1. The breakfasts were very good and the service was spot on. Highly reccomended.

Felt safe in Vietnam in general and able to walk around freely, loved the people and managed to have quite a few conversations as their English is much better than our attempt at Vietnamese!
