This is a gorgeous, relatively new hotel in a great location in Saigon. It's two blocks from the "Walking Street" (D. Nguyen Hue), four block from the river, and has great amenities (rooftop bar, pool, several restaurants, etc.) The included breakfast was terrific, and the room and bed were excellent. So, why four stars? We had numerous "misses" during our two-night stay, some of which were rectified, but I came away thinking that the staff is not adequately trained. This was particularly true in the lobby bar, where our orders were inevitable late and incorrect. I know that everything doesn't arrive at the same time, but when a couple orders two drinks, and they arrive 10 minutes apart, someone isn't thinking. Fries were served with a thimbleful of catsup. Our soup was severed with the wrong meat. No one would check on us for 15 minutes at a time. We also had trouble with our wifi, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you can't determine the cause of wifi issues, it takes a long frustrating time to diagnose, when the answer was to add a router in our room. They must have systematic problems. Finally, our room was serviced at 4:30 in the afternoon. Not a big deal, but we'd been all over the city and were trying to relax, and it was just bad timing. That's when we retired to the bar and had terrible service. I'd go back, but I would have a talk with the front desk if the poor service continued.…
Stayed on two occasions recently and was impressed. The higher city view room differed in that it had a walk-in shower and, in terms of my perspective, some fantastic and sensibly priced wine in the mini-bar. Apart from that, the more basic room on a lower level is just as comfortable. I found breakfast well worth inclusion. The staff is friendly courteous and very capable. Totally reliable and reassuring. A clean, stylish, and functional building, and for me, the only future option in Saigon for a 4* property. Thank you to all.
Perfect! Super service, amazing breakfast, close to everything you need to visit and also shopping. The staff is very polite, the rooms spacious and well decorated.we asked for a laundry and it took them 12 hs with the night in the middle. We found everything ready in our room.
Stayed for 7 days and 6 nights at this hotel. 1. Room is spacious. 2. Bed, pillows, sheets are clean. 3. Hot shower and bidet were okay. 4. Very accessible to various malls, restaurants. Walking distance from Saigon Opera house and other tourist spots in Saigon. 5. Staff are friendly. 6. Smooth check-in and check-out. 7. They clean the room daily. 8. Good roof deck bar. 9. Good service from the house keeping. We were able to borrow a super glue for my GoPro pole. 10. Just a comment, the elevator scent (sort of Jasmine tea / lemon grass kind of smell) gets a bit weird on the 3rd-4th day. 11. Hotel common areas are clean and well maintained. 12. It is a bit pricey since the rates adjusted when we rescheduled our trip.
Good location and very clean room with city view! Very friendly and helpful staffs. My first stay here was wonderful with full of facilities of swimming pool and fitness on the top floor. Thank you for your warm hospitality and we feel safe to stay here!
The hotel staff are very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are modern and reasonably clean. My room faced the Main Street and was a little noise. I’d recommend you request a room facing away from the street. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has western and Asian options. The rooftop pool has fantastic views of central Saigon and is a great way to spend an afternoon.
Excellent central hotel for short stay in Saigon. Great value , two large rooms for circa $200, good breakfast, fast WiFi, fabulous city views. The hotel arranged airport transfers and were waiting for us when we arrived to check in quickly and then up to our rooms. Lovely spacious suite with views of the lights across the city….we were even given a late check out to coincide with our onward flight to Siem Reap….perfect.
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in November 2022. Checking in and out was smooth. Room is decent but a little old. There are many cracks on the floor tiles. The design of basin and shower area lacked consideration (very user unfriendly). We asked for iron/ironing board after checked in but was told that we could only use it for one hour. Hotel explained that they "ran out of iron/ironing board"! The kettle in our room was not working properly and we requested to change it. One guy from the housekeeping rejected our request. He felt that the kettle could still work despite the on/off button malfunctioned. We didn't manage to get his name. The next day one lady from the housekeeping changed the kettle for us during room cleaning. Had the guy changed the kettle on the first day of our stay, we would be able to boil water and enjoy the coffee in our room. We stayed at level 10 and it was very noisy throughout the day and night. Hotel location is good, near to Saigon Centre and within walking distance to THE CAFE APARTMENT.…
Not worth the money at all. I am paying almost SGD200 with bad service and unacceptable policy of no friend visit after 10pm. If your friend wanted to visit you after 10pm, you are required to pay VND 500k for it. When I book the hotel I never know there is such condition and never mentioned in the T&C, but when you reach the hotel they will tell you their T&C and you can't cancel it even you do not accept their T&C. This is a typical of mocking their customer with very unreasonable T&C. I never encounter such bad experience and bad policy in any hotel in the world. The reception Nhan is bad service, never try to solve your problem and ignorance. Avoid this hotel at all cost or any of their chain. Just stay somewhere else as their room is also small with no hot water. Their house keeping is also worst for the price I paid. Do not replenish the tower they took and toiletry, do not clear the dustbin which I need to tell them. Whatever in this hotel is bad and no good point except location. But there are plenty of hotel around here with similar price that you can choose, so go somewhere else and avoid this hotel chain at all cost. The view are bad, the window are very dirty, then it's noisy. I can't imagine I paid so much but get so little and get mock by the hotel policy without having any chances to cancel my booking. The only plus point is their breakfast are ok, nothing else. So I do not recommend this hotel at all and try to find somewhere else unless they change their management. …
This by far the perfect location in Saigon, at least for me. I love the fact that I can walk to many coffee shops, shopping malls, restaurants, and Ben Thanh market. The service is great as well. I've been exploring a few top hotels, this by far is my favorite. I will stay here again on my next visit.
