Veru nice and friendly stuff. Smile all the time. Really Happy Inn. The rooms are ok and clean. Cheaper without balcony and not so noisy like on street side. Sometimes smells from the window with grilled sausages, but it's everywhere in Vietnam. Very good location

Pros: clean, friendly, good location, quiet if have a back facing room Cons: some of front desk staff not attentive, overcharged for Room and refused to adjust prices to what it was booked at (charged $5 usd/night extra because we were a couple), and couldn't count out the proper change when checking out Tip: agree on price and pay on...

The noise is unbearable in this hotel, it goes on all night. It was our worst night ever in a hotel we didn't sleep all night and moved out next morning. 1 couple said their room wasn't as clean as it should be, their air conditioner wouldn't work. Would not recommend this hotel.

We had a room without balcony for which we were very glad. The noise from bui vien street is awful. We hated the street, but the hotel was nice. The double room was quite small but very clean and nice. The bed comfy. The lady at the reception was very friendly.

We stayed 4 nights in March and paid a bit more for a front balcony room. The Hotel is right on Bui Vien so expect the noise and general chaos of HCMC. The balcony gave a great view of the street, but one broken chair reported to management remained that way for our stay. The room was spacious and the...

Sadly only stayed here for 1 night. We paid $19 a night without breakfast, which was perfect for us flashpackers. This was the start of our month long holiday around vietnam and cambodia. We travelled as a couple in late 20's with no expectations but wanted clean, comfy and value for money. Big rooms and AC works brilliantly. Cable TV....

This hotel is on the busy backpacker strip but we didn't hear any of the loud noises from the street. The lady who works at the front was so nice and helpful, after we checked out she even let us use her room to take showers/brush teeth before catching our night bus. It is a great location and walking distance...

My friend and I did not book any hostel in advance because (1) it was my companion's first trip outside the country and (2) I got really busy with work and did not have enough time to do reservations. A traveler-friend of mine just told me to tell the taxi to bring us to Bui Vien, all the cheap accommodations...
