Liked most everything about this hotel. Good price, fabulous location for sightseeing, and the corner suites are just great. Not too opulent, quite spacious, really comfortable bed and great view. I found the service to be quite good as there was an electrical short with the bedroom flat screen discovered upon check in, and it was repaired upon my return...

This hotel is in a terrific position for a few days in Saigon. We walked everywhere with no problems at all. We had 2 rooms, the kids room was bigger than ours! Being able to get out on the balcony is great, the pool is tiny and if you dont get there first you are made to feel a little...

Well located near restaurants, shops, attractions and outdoor markets. Like Vietnamese cuisine, go to the Lemongrass restaurant on the 15th floor. Go for the shrimp satay and lemongrass soup. Enjoy the warm weather on the rooftop with a drink/light eats and cool off in the pool. Do bring sunscreen, it's toasty up there.

If i had stayed in other rooms those 4 star ratings will certainly go down, but luckily for me and my wife, we got a corner deluxe room with a nice view of Saigon city. Everything inside the room was not luxurious but complete for us. Double sinks, a big bathub, a big closet with SDB, a big couch, two...

This hotel was the worst we stayed on our 3 week trip, awful, awful! the first "superior room" we were given in this "4 star" hotel stank of cigarette smoke, we got the room changed but we could still smell stale smoke. The room was like a box. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Staff were not particularly helpful...

Stayed 2 nights on a Gate 1 Travel tour. I had previously read some of the Trip Advisor comments, and for the life of me, can't believe it's the same hotel! The front desk was very helpful (even called the Opera House to help book tickets), the housekeeping came straight away to help me with the safe, the breakfast Buffett...

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and the night market. Accomodations were one of the worse I have stayed at (Motel 6 in the USA is much better). Hotel placed us in a room right underneath the restaurant. Could hear the noise of workers cleaning all night long and early in the...

One of our rooms stunk of mould. We had to have 2 we were traveling with kids, there were no inter-connecting rooms the kids (aged 8 and 10) refused to sleep together by themselves so I was in one and my husband in the other. No effort was made to do anything about the smell except for air fresher, which...

Stayed here for 3 nights, first night had to move room due to bad smell. Staff weren't too helpful about this. No wifi in bed room. Location is good. Buffet breakfast was great. Felt like I was hassling staff when asking questions. Doormen were best staff there. An ok hotel should be cheaper.

A very average hotel for a 4 star and price paid.We had to change room after our 1st hour after a smell of sewage in the bathroom and it was in the room as well. The gym is terrible for a 4 star.On the positive I found the staff amazing, the food was good and the atmosphere in the place is positive.
