Hotel was good, very central, walking distance to a lot of the places - Saigon Centre(s), Ben Thanh Market, Lucky Plaza, Malay Quarters etc Room was spacious, had the front facing view from the Hotel which directly overlooks on to the square where there is always some sort of activities - the fountains, music, dancing some of which we viewed...

Stayed here for 3 days. My sister and I stayed in a twin room facing the main road. So, it will be quite noisy around midnight as the place will be filled with street dancers and tourists. The location is very convenient for tourists to walk around and explore the city. Lucky Plaza is within walking distance which consists of...

Hotel is located in the center of all attraction. Slightly overpriced as for the same price you could get a newer hotel. It could be quite noisy in the evening if you stay facing the main road. All room facing inside are smaller and lack of privacy as bathroom door are transparent .

I am sorry but I have to say I did not enjoy my stay here. The room need an upgrade badly. The toilet floor is slippery and for the bathtub there is no anti- slip mat, it can be dangerous to stand on the bathtub to shower. Breakfast is not up to standard, the juice are diluted and the food...

We stayed for three days at this hotel. It is next to a busy pedestrian area used for events. Expect some noise from people enjoying an evening out if staying in a room at the front of the hotel. The rooms are well equipped and clean with a large comfortable bed. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant is...

The location of this hotel was the he best thing about it. Very central and close to everything right in the heart of Saigon. We had a suite, it was very spacious but very dated. The lift had a very old smell about it. Breakfast was very disappointing due to lack of varieties on offer. Was very noisy at night...

Room came with a balcony facing the street. Door of the balcony is not tight and the noise from the street was just overflowing in the room. It's like sleeping with the windows open. Everything in my room is old, stained, scratched or cracked. Not to mention that the shower doesn't come with hot water and the sewage smell from...

This hotel's location is excellent except when some events are going on in the street out front. Tonight is night 6 of my stay and I'm pulling my hair out. A giant stage has been erected in front of the hotel and my beautiful room actually shakes through the single pane windows. Nice view! Horrible noise! They're rehearsing for an...

Know before you go. 1. Although the Palace Hotel is officially rated four stars, four stars it is not. Well, maybe the lobby and bathrooms are, but somehow I managed to score a room with corridors on three out of four sides, and the sole window being interior, looking straight down one of those three corridors. Nothing like feeling you're...
