Over priced massively- staff rude and aggressive. Go to ‘My House cafe and bar’ and ‘Malt’ instead where the staff are friendly and drinks are reasonably priced. The cocktails are delicious in the former and good choice of amazing beers in the latter. Great music...More
The hotel is having the best possible location if you want to be in the heart of Saigon.
The breakfast buffet is very good. All the rest needs to be modernized or renovated.

I wasn't there for new years but I'm sure u could see firework. Drinks there are ultra expensive. There are money roof top bars around this area not just the Rex.

We didn't ever ask before booking and our room was fine.
I'd suggest contacting the hotel directly with your request.
