We stayed here for three nights as part of an organised tour at the end of our four week stay in Vietnam and Cambodia - the initial part of which was organised through a Vietnamese agent in Hanoi recommended by a relative. The first part of the trip involved stays in three star hotels in Hanoi, Hue and Hoi an...

Dear brigadier, Thank you very much for your comments as it is only through feedback that we can improve the level of service and product we offer. It is our apologize if we could not reach your expectation! However, it could be a chance for us to know what our guest are thinking about our hotel. We would like to...

Recently spent the weekend with a group of friends at The Grand. We were all very pleased with it's central location as well as quality of rooms and attentive staff. The rooms were large and well kept. The hotel has a great rooftop bar as well as outdoor pool area. There also a small Casino on one of the levels...

Like a lot of reviews I would not consider the grand a 5 star hotel but it is functional and for the price a reasonable place to rest your weary head after exploring the city. We were traveling with friends so we booked a two bedroom with living area for a very good price for three nights on the 18th...

This hotel is centrally located in Saigon. Easy walking access to most of the sites in the city. Our room was lovely clean and comfortable, quite large. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast buffet was truly awesome. Offered everything and more.

We reserved a deluxe suite and were disappointed by the level of service and lack of personal touches in this hotel, at best it is 3 stars. Cannot help but feel the 5 stars are due to the building itself. Check in by the duty manager was poor, lack of eye contact or any form of welcome, we stood unaware...

We arrived with Christmas murals painted on every conceivable window both to the exterior and interior. It's what otherwise lets down a reasonably classy arrival. I am sure Christmas can be done with style. Good welcome and rooms accessible by several lifts. Rooms the smallest we have stayed in Vietnam. With two suitcases you have to manoeuvre with some planning...

OK... Let me start by saying this is a perfectly functional hotel in a growing city, but that is all the hotel is - functional. Nevertheless it is excellently situated for getting around to a number of the sights Wife and I came as part of a larger tour group which had been using 4 and 5 star hotels, this...

We found this hotel to be very good and I thought close to 5 star. I had very big public areas and very fitting décor for the age and style of the hotel. the room on 15th floor was very comfortable with a view back over the city. The 20th floor roof top bar and café was quiet spectacular with...

We stayed here for 3 nights in the older part of the hotel, overlooking the courtyard pool. It certainly is a grand hotel, established in 1930. It certainly has a lot of character. Let's start with the good things: Our room was huge and had a lovely little balcony with views of the River. The roof top terrace had fabulous...
