1) Location : The Location of this hotel is superb and right in the city centre. 15 secs walk away exit to the left is the busy street with high end hotel and Highland coffee. 1min walk away exit to the right is the busy backpacker street with numerous bars and countless restaurants. It is a bit noisy in the...

With all the choices of hostels and hotels around I wouldn't go here. We had to pay $20 usd. Which is a fair price for the Lucation, plus the room was more or less clean. But because it's located close to a busy street it's very noisy. The receptionist was not welcoming or friendly compared to other experiences in vietnam....

What you read from others about no elevator and hard beds is true. But we liked the position of the hotel - near to Ben Thahn Market and the museum for fine arts and a lot of foodshops around. Because you're in backpackersarea there's good coffee everywhere. The staff doesn't speak much english, but they are helpfull. The room was...

I have been booked into this little hotel for one night only down in District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. It is priced at USD17 per night and this includes hot water, and aircon so very good rates. The single beds are very firm however there are very many pubs and restaurants nearby to assist with making the beds...

After backpacking for 6 weeks it was nice to stay in a cozy, home-like hotel for a change(for the same price). The staff was always friendly and the rooms and bathroom were very clean. Walking barefoot we could tell how clean the floors always were. We stayed in a twin room that had 2 beds, bathroom(with western shower!), ac and...

Very good room for $20 a night for twin room. Quite large and as usual very clean with international calling phone. Wi Fi became very slow with use. Like many cheaper rooms no electric kettle. Being as is most hostels less than five stories no elevator. Has all the norms, hot water, fridge, air con, plus balcony for smokers.

Nothing wrong with this place but why not pay a bit more and get something much nicer? You cant bring your shoes to your room but have to take them off at the entrance. Its more like an extended home. The internet/WiFi was unstable. Hard bed. No elevator.

While in Ho Chi Minh City we mainly stayed at Long Guesthouse. However, the night before we flew home Mrs. Long was booked up. She told us she could arrange a room for us at her cousin's for the same rate of $14 for two people. We agreed to it and she put us on two motorbikes to ride the...

This hotel is excellent. We randomly stumbled upon the hotel while looking for accommodation after a sleeper bus. This was the first place we found with rooms available. A double room was $12 a night. The room was clean and comfortable with a tv, fridge, hot water and wifi. Our room was cleaned everyday and the staff were very helpful....

I stayed here on the recommendation of friends. I think I paid either $12 or $14 for the room. There was nothing fancy about the room but everything works and was comfortable. I thought the service was very good. I was only staying one night and had to leave at 4am to be at the airport. They arranged wake up...
