It's clean and the staff is ok. The hotel's locations cannot be better and the breakfast is cooked at the moment so that is great. We liked it and stayed her our whole stay, after all we just need a place to sleep. It's what you pay for so don't expect something fancy, for us location was the most important...

My partner and I have just left the Nguyen Shack Hotel and had a great time in HCMC! The location of this hotel is excellent (15 minute walk to Ben Thanh market, 2 minute walk to good restaurants) When we first arrived we were given the option of which room to have, as I had booked a Double Room which...

It's close to everywhere and a place for tourists/backpackers. I felt safe around as tourists blends with locals. Everything you need is just steps away. I love their breakfast and hospitality of the receptionist guy. :) * 15mins walk to Ben Than Market * 20mins walk to Saigon Square * 5-10mins taxi ride to Bitex Complex (highest building in the...

A budget hotel without surprises: friendly staff, decent rooms, cleanliness ok. The location is good, within five to ten minutes of most attractions. The only thing noteworthy is that you have to take your shoes off before going upstairs to your room. Not a big fan of this myself.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. When we arrived we were upgraded into a larger room which was nicely decorated. Shower was hot and powerful. Room was very clean. Location was good as its in an alley way it's not as noisy. Great laundry place down the road called funny laundry as well much cheaper than the hotel prices!

Upon arriving back at the hotel early evening we noticed BED BUGS in our bed in the room we were staying. We...

When we arrived they had checked someone else in under our name and only when I showed my passport they undertood the mistake. They also insisted we hadn't paid until I had to show them my credit card bill. Asked for a taxi to the airport which they agreed to do but then didn't. Tried to get into the room...

The hotel is quite simple, but that does not take away from the fact that the staff will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I was greeted by the owner who not only helped me carry my luggage up and into the hotel, he assisted me with carrying my luggage to my room. The room was quite...
