This place was disgusting. The sheets had not been changed, lint and a long hairs were between them, gross. Basically no extras were offered, besides one small towel and the worlds smallest, bar of soap. The bathroom was built with a miniature person in mind, I would have had to basically do a split to do a #2, the shower...

Be prepared to wait 20 minutes to get the attention of anyone on reception. Be prepared for small rooms, no hot water and poor breakfast. And ALWAYS get a cash receipt for your room, as they force you to pay cash when they know they've already charged your card details they've stored. Scum people in charge.

We stayed in room 100. It's right behind reception and very loud , it's right next to the alleyway and was woken up throughout the night and by the chickens at 6am. People coming in late aswell walking down the stairs, checking out with their luggage dragging down every step. Aircon was good and really cold , wifi was ok....

(+) The owner and staff are honest. We left our bags in the hotel even before we checked in so we can have a city tour. (without additional charge) (+) We booked a triple and double room. The rooms are nice and clean. (-) No shampoo included in toiletries. (-) We wanted a morning Cu Chi Tunnel Tour but they...

If you wany a budget hotel in a great location, then this place is perfect. It's cheap and you get exactly what you pay for. The breakfast is good and the staff are super friendly. The location is right next to loads of bars and stuff, but is also tucked down a side street so there is no street noise....

No major complaints about the place. It was the perfect place to stay for a 2-day stop over before flying out of Vietnam. Room was small but cosy. Hot shower was very welcome! It has a very good location- within walking distance of many attractions in Ho Chi Minh. Located in a back-street meaning that the noise from the main...

Good points : Comfy bed. Hot shower (but inconstant temperature). Breakfast ok (when you can have it...). Very good location but it's not so much of a positive point as there are something like 500 hotels/hostels/guesthouse in this district. The owner offered to change our room but we refused as it was on noon our second last day and we...

We reserved a room for one day (24th, christmas!). When we arrived about 9 pm, the receptionist told us there was no room available for us, although he had received our reservation. We didnt understand why, because his english was questionable. After some debating, he brought us to another hotel. He didnt tell us which hotel and we had no...
