Ang kwarto at mga paligid ng hostel ay malinis. Gusto namin ang balcony. OK ang air conditioning at thermos sa paginit ng tubig na maiinom. Laging malinis ang toilet. OK ang lokasyon. Nasa sentro ng old quarters. Konbinyiente sa lahat. Gumagana ang air conditioning. May thermos pang-init ng tubig na maiinom. Malinis lagi ang toilet. Okay ang lokasyon. Nasa sentro ng old quarter. Mapagkaibigan, matulungin at tapat ang mga istap. Risonable ang presyo. Irerekomenda namin sa iba. The room and public spaces are clean. We love the balcony overlooking the alleys. Beautiful place, very clean! Location is very good, very close to the city center. The beds are clean and the staff is very helpful! The laundry is free so the place is perfect for backpackers :) Nice and clean bathrooms.

Very helpful and friendly staff at their booking office. Made me feel welcome. Homestay centre old quarter very convenient. They also have a restaurant on the ground floor. Coffee the best i have had in Vietnam.

We stayed for three nights at bc family home stay and it was wonderful! The location in the old quarter is great. The hotel is nestled in a little alleyway with lots of delicious pho and street food options. We had a private room with a shared bathroom. The accommodation is simple but had everything we needed. We stayed on the top floor and couldn’t hear the hustle and bustle from the busy alleyways below. Sam was very helpful at helping us plan our next move in Vietnam. We booked a tour through bc family tour to go to Ha Long Bay and were really looking forward to it. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable room located in the heart of the Old Quarter. We had a private double on the fourth floor so had to walk up some stairs. But it was very quiet, well away from the street noise. Shared bathroom in the hallway but we basically had it all to ourselves. The staff was very friendly and helpful with planning our days in Hanoi as well as outings to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh.

The apartment is situated in a perfect location of the old quarter. Good restaurants and convenience stores are all around. It is with good atmosphere and friendly host (Martin). WiFi signal is strong and speed is good.

In Hanoi this is the best place to stay and plan your trip around north Vietnam! Rooms are very clean and nice. The stuff is very helpful and speaking fluent English so it’s very easy to communicate! I highly recommend this place.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and for an additional two dollars it was possible to get breakfast as well. Even though it was just one night, we really enjoyed our stay here!
