Although the trip was short but the hotel made it so memorable with best service and facility. The hotel is colorful and clean. I love its design. However, more than all of it was the careful & professional hospitality services they gave. I talked to the girl Linh and the boy Thang, they were taking care of us with heartful supports and good advice to explore the beauty of Hanoi with different hidden angles. Highly recommend everyone visiting Hanoi to stay here.

Exceptional hotel. Great price and a great location. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Hanoi. The staff were so helpful and really looked after us. The rooms were spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast had lots of options and was super tasty.

This hotel is a true gem in the bustling Old Quarter of Hanoi! It is perfectly tucked in a quaint and quiet street that is a short distance to all the “must visit” spots in the neighborhood. Upon check in, you are greeted with a snack and beverage and are seated in one of their comfortable lounge areas as you wait for your room keys. The common areas and the guest rooms are clean and well furnished. The complimentary breakfast is extensive and delicious. The spa offers free manicures which our daughter happily took advantage of while my husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing massage. Overall I would say that the Bespoke Trendy Hotel delivers great value for the price. What sets them apart, however, is the top notch service we received from a gentleman from their front desk named Hieu (aka David). From the get go I could tell that he is one that is passionate with his job. He clearly takes pride in his work. He is professional, courteous and responsive. His restaurant recommendations are spot on and he was kind enough to pack each one of us breakfast to go as we could not avail of the hotel’s breakfast due to our early flight. He checked in with us later in the day to make sure we arrived at our destination safely. Needless to say, our experience at the Bespoke Trendy Hotel was nothing short of awesome. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone looking to stay in the Old Quarter of Hanoi!…

This hotel is a real gem in every way, it's not the first time I've come to Vietnam, I've stayed in a few other hotels all very good but it is in this one that I will come back, everything there is perfect, location, rooms, meals, And above all ,the incredible welcome of its staff, for example Miss Trang who takes care of your reservation admirably or the young David who does not count the hours to help you organize your trips or find out about restaurants, attractions, local sim card, where to change money at the best rate, checking in on you to make sure everything is running smoothly. I was very impressed, congratulations and thank you to all the staff.

This hotel is in a great location on a quiet street, but the real selling point is the wonderful service! The entire staff is so kind and welcoming, especially David. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, and spares no expense to be accommodating - thank you David, you are the best! David took the time to make our stay special and was always checking in - what a huge asset to the team! The Cozy Deluxe room is too small to comfortably fit 2, but the great service made it worth while. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel based on the staff alone! We will recommend friends and family to come stay - thank you for the hospitality!

This place is simply amazing. The design of the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. I’m addition, all staffs are very helpful with warm smile. They are very helpful with whatever you need and willing to recommend places to go during your travel. The best staff is the receptionist named Hieu, he was excellent and very friendly. This place also serve good breakfast and have an all you can eat hotpot, which is an amazing addition. This place location is great too. Near all the attractions but also located in a quieter area compares to the rest. Would totally recommend this place!

Best customer service experience! First of all, shoutout to Amanda who offered so much advice not only for our explorations in Hanoi but also for Ho Chih Minh, which we were visiting after!! Many thanks to Amanda, she’s the best. We loved our stay. Location was amazing, staff was a pleasure, and breakfast was great! I would recommend this place to everyone. My group of friends and I all agree this has been the best hotel experience as we’ve recently been hopping around all over. Staff was helpful, provided advice, and cared about our experience. I would definitely come back.

This hotel has the best front office with david and alice. David is more than outstanding. The amenities including breakfast are 5 star. The entire staff is warm and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel in old quarter for it's service and breakfast.

Had a short trip to Hanoi and Amanda assisted us from check in till the end of our 9 days Vietnam trip by sending us recommendations of food & things to do via WhatsApp. Truly appreciated Amanda’s help on the trip and would definitely recommend anyone to stay at la siesta if you are visiting Hanoi! Rooms are clean, staffs are attentive with no communication barrier and breakfast spread was great.

Great Location, Super Central and very helpful staff! Amanda sent me lots of recommendations of where to go in Hanoi but also other places in Vietnam where I am visiting. The rooms are very nice and the bed was super comfy! It was a really lovely touch leaving a personalised handwritten note in the room upon arrival.
