The location is perfect. Good restaurants further up the street. If one does not mind the traffic and crossing the railway tracks, the temple of Literature and the Fine Arts Institute are within reach. Down Hang Bong street is Hang Gai (Silk street) and the lake. The hotel decor is simply amazing, rooms are clean, some rooms have renovated bathroom,...

My friend and I stayed there for four nights straight with their amazing breakfast! The manager was a great guy who even took us to buy some local coffee. He and the other person who works in the hotel drove is there and then waited for a while. I will go back to that hotel if I visit Hanoi again...

I can say that this hotel is one of the best hotel in Hanoi I've tried. I love to do hotel-hopping and I am very picky in terms of choosing the hotels. This hotel truly a palace in the city. You received what you paid for. Very reasonable price. Thank you Mr. Phong Pham for giving me a nice deal!

In the heart of the Old quarter this hotel has a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable clean. Great foyer with travel desk and ATM located at hotel. The owner Tony is more than happy to assist with anything you need and runs a fantastic travel agency. I will certainly be using him again...

I'm very happy when i stay here. The staff is very friendly & professional. The room is comfortable and here is the good location in Hanoi. The breakfast is very good meal. At hotel, the staff also introduce some tours for me... If i have opportunity to come back Vietnam, i'll choose Hanoi city palace hotel again.

I stayed two nights here. This boutiques grand facade captures you as you walk in, separating itself from other boutiques in this area. It is conveniently located in the center of old quarter. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed getting information on things to do in Hanoi and places to eat. They are happy to help with your tour...

Everytime when we go out to hotel, we always ask the map and they do not hesitate to give that to us. I really love this place. If I have a chance to visit Hanoi...
