We stayed here one night and feeling good with the hotel's staff and the room. Our room had upgraded to better one without any charges and we were happy for that. We would love to be back here if we come back hanoi.

Call the hotel ask for the manager Tony Phuong. He speaks good English. I found him quite helpful addressing my concerns and questions.

Yes but some rooms have window with a wall just in front of it. Only air can come but no view.
