Similar to other reviews. We were in a mini bus packed with 24 people though told only 17 would be on the tour. Lost over 1/2 at midway rest stop when van disappeared and could not no found. Very skimpy lunch. One small fish shared among 6 people. Served lunch and drinks then came through and asked for more money...

Firstly, don't bother. They tried to jam us into a overcrowded mini-van. We got out immediately, we were expected to site at other end of the bus and couldnt even talk for 4 hours. after going back to request a refund we were told we couldn't have one. they couldn't even book us on another day. don't waste your time...

Sinh Cafe is an awful company - I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Overpriced to start with until you say things like your friends have got it cheaper, then they will suddenly drop the price considerably. Aggressive sales techniques, telling you you need to move hotels if you don't book a trip. The trips never match the photos and...

We were originally supposed to stay at a different hotel when we arrived in Hanoi. When we arrived at the front door of the hotel we were supposed to stay at, a man named Tommy came out from the street and came into our cab telling us that the hotel was full (despite our reservation) and that they had space...

This will be Sinh Cafe's 10th review. This will make it 10 out of 10 rated terrible. Good Game. We paid for a one night trip, and they showed us photos of the room and boat before hand. In front of me they called and confirmed that the room was available. On arrival, different boat, different room. Not worth the...

If you're looking for something fancy, don't go here. If you're looking for something cheap but okay, this place is worth looking at. The room we had was very spacious with balcony. Bathroom is like most bathrooms, not a lot to it but it will do. We paid 12 dollars for the night and no talks about booking a tour....

We had an absolutely terrible day. First off, they forgot to pick us up for our tour, the people at our hotel (we stayed at a different nicer hotel) called them to ask where they were and they had to send a motorbike to pick us up. We were then taken to the WRONG bus which was headed for the...

To be clear... I am writing about Sinhcafe Travel 58 Hang Be Str. Hanoi, Vietnam I walked in and asked for a 3 day, 2 night trip to Halong Bay out of Hanoi, expressing that I was interested in kayaking and being on a secluded beach bungalow. I booked this hotel on the basisof the photos that certain web sites advertised. Booking.com was one of them. We paid $25 a night. When I started to walk up the stairs I should have walked out then. The carpet was filthy. The room was nothing like I booked and when I showed the owner the picture he said oh...
