Hotel with very good location. Cosy rooms with television & internet Food are excellent. Exceptional staff, nice, friendly and very very helpfull. Arranged wonderfull trips to Sa Pa & Halong Bay and everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay (almost 2 weeks) in Pacific Hotel We warmly recomend this hotel for other travellers

I'd read the reviews on Trip Advisor about the Pacific Star and thought I was onto a winner when I booked it for three nights in September 2009. How wrong was I! We were really disappointed. Great buffet breakfast included in the room rate, Excellent location, can walk to train station in about 5mins . The Staff were very friendly and helped us to arrange tours even at the last minute. Overall, good value for your money...!

Very close to Hanoi Train station and some of restaurants. Free internet access in the hotel. rooms are not big but clean and breakfast very good. staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were fantastic, they were helpful and very generous. They prepare food for the guests at night. Location is good also It' s right in the centre and close to everything.

This is a great hotel for value but unfortunately construction work next door ruins the stay. We stayed at this hotel for one night after arriving early morning from Singapore.
