Good location for the old quarter. Staff pleasant and gave help when required. Would pass on breakfast if I were to stay there again. Food poor and the breakfast room is stuffy. Rooms are tired plus the bed was so hard. They let us leave our bags securely for a trip to halong bay which was helpful. It is cheap...

After arriving at our pre book hotel that apparently doesn't even exist anymore we had to find the closes hotel to stay, we wanted to stay at rising dragon for a standard room, the staffs were really nice and generous ! They didn't have anymore standard room so they upgrade us to a deluxe room for a standard price! Best...

very nice, clean hotel but most of all with excellent reception service, all the staff is characterized by friendliness and helpfulness for any need. The central location is convenient to move and reach any place in Hanoi. I highly recommend it. really good breakfast too

We've stayed here for some nights and always felt very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helps you whenever possible. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast includes a little buffet and the usual pancake or pho. A plus are the good prices you get on Halong Bay Cruises booked via this hotel, as they belong to the same company...

Yes, this is centrally located and the staff were very friendly and very helpful - always willing to help. Bedrooms were quite big and spacious. Our room was next the the huge kitchen extractor fan and they willingly moved us to a quieter room. Breakfast was nice and fresh with enough variety.

I stayed in this hotel about 6 months ago and was impressed with how helpful the staff were so when I returned to Hanoi I booked in again. They remembered me straight away and treated me and my partner like family. Again they were so helpful in organising flights, tour and other matters for us. Great location close to lake...

But The thing that really makes this hotel stand out among all others is the staff. I never met such a warm and welcoming hotel staff. They actually feel like family by the time you...

Honestly this is a gem of a hotel. We stayed for one night then for another two after our boat trip to Ha Long Bay. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are genuinely so helpful, attentive and friendly. From them sitting down to ask what we planned on doing to showing us places to eat and...

I only stayed here for about 4 hours in the middle of the day, but my time was important! I had just arrived by myself on the overnight train, and had to catch a flight mid-afternoon so I was wandering around. I started feeling really sick though, and nearly fainted a few times. Found this hotel and the manager helped...

The hotel is a great bargain, the staff is helpful, and the complementary breakfast is more than adequate. The rooftop hotel offers great views and there is a ton of shopping within walking distance. My real complain with the hotel was the last night of my stay, the night before my early morning flight, there was a constant banging -...
