I selected this hotel because hotel photos of the home page looks nice. But photos were of perhaps 20 years ago when this hotel was newly opened. Don't be fooled by photos. But the room was clean and neat. The facility was well maintained although the shower was weak. At the hotel front office, there were the same 2...

Cannot fault this place. In the heart of the old town, walking distance to some great eateries. Service was exceptional, there was nothing that was too difficult for the staff, and they exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean and such great value for money. Would stay again.

Great hotel in a very good location. The room was clean and modern, this is no 5 star hotel but it is very good for the price range. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a super nice sleep, I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at rising dragon hotel just few minutes walk to the Hoan Kiem lake. It is located in the heart of the centre. So convenient and easy to find my way around the city. The staff are so helpful and cheerful with informations. I can feel home in this small hotel. The room is clean but small, but I think...

Room was always spotless. Good shower and washing facilities. Breakfasts were wholesome with some variety, and the all day availability of tea and coffee was a great plus. Staff were always there to help with trips, further travel and accommadation elsewhere. One criticism was the lack of a comfy chair in the room, to me an essential

Room was clean and tidy, breakfast was decent , location was central and staff helpful, felt staff were not happy when I booked trip by myself instead of through the hotel travel service, apart from that I enjoyed my stay .
